I am giving them this rating due to a discrepancy of quoted fee for services received vs what was billed. My hearing is excellent so I do not believe I misheard price. My suggestion I would make is to get a quote in writing before you let them do any work. My other suggestion to pay less is to find a self employed plumber or depending on the service, a good handyman would be reliable and cost less.

Southside Plumbing did an excellent job on a large replumbing job. Everyone we interacted with was professional, helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. We were very impressed by the depth of their expertise. They did a great job, and came back when there was one follow-up issue (not their fault). I highly recommend this company.

The contractor doing the remodeling work for our master bathroom likes to work with Southside Plumbing. The company came out today for the second time during the remodel. We are very pleased with not only the work that was done, but also with the two employees who did the work. Trevor and Wes are professional and polite. They make sure that everything is properly done and always explain to us what they will be doing. They go over the specific charges on the bill. Prices are very reasonable and it is a comfort to know that the work is professionally and correctly done. We will call them for any future needs that we may have. We highly recommend Southside Plumbing.

We had to replace all the pipes in our house and were worried it wouldn't be done quickly. We discovered the problem during Easter weekend. Southside came and gave a quote and could fit us into their schedule almost immediately. We actually switched from our usual plumber to them for this job and were very satisfied. The work was done to perfection and the customer service was 10/10 as well. Mark knew we had a toddler and personally came back to triple check the work when we moved back into the house. I can't recommend these guys enough. I pray we don't have to use a plumber for a very long time, but if we do, we will call southside plumbing for sure!

Found a leak this morning, and requested a ""first available""appointment. I received a call telling me what was available. Kyle showed up on time; gave me an estimate, which I accepted. He was courteous, efficient, and took care of the issue quickly. I was very favorably impressed!

Had a slow drain at a rental. Not Clogged, just slow. Southside plumbing quoted me $650 to clear the drain which is just a complete rip off at a quarter of the price. I went to the Dollar store and bought two Drain zippers for $2.14. Popped the drain cover off with a screw driver and zip zip, drains running just fine now in less than 20 seconds of work and $2.14 investment. $650- You should be ashamed of yourself and no one should use these guys.

We had a wonderful experience with Southside Plumbing. They were more reasonably priced and more knowledgeable than another company we had come out to quote. Kyle was communicative and kind throughout the process and did a great job repairing the leak in our basement. Highly recommend!!

Southside Plumbers saved the day today! I called in as my basement was flooding when water was running and they had a tech, Trevor, come out in under 30 minutes. Trevor was amazing and did a top notch job fixing the issue, which wasn't an easy fix at all.

Their response time was second to none, the quality of the work was perfect and the price was very reasonable given the situation. Big shout out to Trevor who just hit a home run fixing our problem, y'all are truly lucky to have a guy like him on your team.

I will absolutely be using your company in the future for any plumbing related issues that come up!
