Stay away! Had a service tech out to come fix our air conditioning, for th most part he did a good job but before he left he switched the furnace completely off without telling us which we then had to call back in and get someone back out 4 days later.
My real problem is when we got the bill and we're informed that the tech was here for almost 3 hours when he was actually only here for an hour and a half. I called the office and they said because we signed off on the work order there's nothing they can do.
I say again stay away from this company, don't let them in your home.

Very unprofessional. They tell you a good story but do not follow through with their workmanship. Simple shut off valves needed to be installed on a claw foot tub. Told me the easy way to fix it or the right way to fix it. Chuck was the tech and I told him to do it the right way. (Also the more expensive way). $500.00 later and cutting 2 access holes in the lower level ceiling because he measured wrong, missing the correct spot, he found out he couldn't fix it that way. Ended up fixing it the easy way and charging me the more expensive way. The next day water was flowing down the the first access panel from the upstairs master bedroom. I called them and they sent Chuck back on his own call back. He said the drain was leaking but it was nothing he did. I asked him why it just started leaking the day after he worked on the other problem and funny how it was leaking through the first access panel that he mis-measured on. He said maybe that sink wasn't used much before.
Not only did he not admit he made a mistake, 2 days later I received another bill for $138.00 to have have him come out and give me a line of BS!
I called the company and wanted to talk to the owner but she was out I explained everything to the receptionist and she told me Cindy, the owner would give me a call.
Funny, she never did and now received another bill for the $138.00 plus interest. As well I have to hire a different plumber to fix their mistake.
I READ THE REVIEWS AND AT THE TIME THERE WERE ONLY 2. 1 good and 1 very similar to mine!
DO NOT DO WHAT I DID AND IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS!
I'll pay the last $141.00 to them but I will try and educate everyone I know about this company.
You never know who you do business with and how you treat them!
I just so happen to work with every insurance agent, adjusters, and insurance companies in Central and Northern WI as well as restoration companies. Trust me, an email will be sent out to over 2000 of my contacts warning them of this company.
The money isn't the issue, THEIR ETHICS IS!
