I have nothing but good things to say about this place! Our house flooded in the March flood and we had to gut the house. I had absolutely no idea about remodeling or any knowledge of plumbing. The very polite person who assisted me was Alyssa, and she was absolutely wonderful along every step of our remodeling process. After initially visiting another popular local plumbing supply store about 5 times and being very frustrated with very little help from their salespeople, I heard about Southland and decided to try them. Thank goodness! Alyssa helped to educate me on style, function and practical ideas. She prepared very detailed quotes with pictures very quickly. When I would change my mind on something she quickly would revise the quote and resend to me. I never had to ask twice or wait. She would often call me to update me on delivery status and also kept my contractor in the loop too. It feels really good to give my money to such a deserving local place that always kept their customer feeling important. Great job Alyssa!

Very unhelpful staff. I understand the sales lady had another couple she was helping, but for a full 15 minutes we were not even acknowledged or greeted. We walked out.

I was looking for some faucet parts for a 20 year old shower. Kate did a lot of research for me and even though the parts are no longer available I appreciate her efforts and research. I will certainly contact them first next time I need plumbing supplies .
