Of course plumbing disasters happen at the worst time. Mine happened less than an hour before I had to leave for Thanksgiving holiday, leaving me with no hot water. When I returned to town after, most plumbers were booked solid catching up with days worth of work. When one of his high Yelp rated competitors recommended Tom at Southland Plumbing, I made the call.....and was very glad I did! He fit an inspection in *the same day*, and reassured me it wasn't a huge deal, named a fair price, and then squeezed me in early the next day! Fast, fair, professional.

Tom and his crew did an excellent job with our plumbing. When we realized the plumber we started our remodel with was charging us way too much and not providing a great product, a friend referred us to Southland Plumbing. They corrected all the mistakes of our previous plumber, and finished the job quickly so that we could have bathrooms to use as soon as possible.

The price and timeframe was exactly what they quoted, plus they communicated well, showed up on-time, and cleaned up when they left. What a surprise! Thanks for the great job - the Hansen Family
