We had an out door faucet that froze over the winter and blew the vacuum breaker and cracked the line. SSP came, appt was extremely easy and pleasant to schedule and the our problem was fixed that day at a VERY reasonable price. This was our third attempt at finding a plumber and I highly recommend SSP to anyone!!!

Had a problem with our new home's intake valve. Caused low to non existent water pressure. I called later at night and they answered and had an appointment for me right away. The fittings are great, very happy with the work! Water pressure is back and excellent!

Worst plumbers on earth. Had a brand new townhouse built 2 years ago and this company installed a elbow joint improperly and there a was a slow leak that drained onto the concrete basement floor behind the toilet. I took two years but that leak finally ate through the pressure treated studs, the baseboard and quarter round but it got through it. When I pulled back the dry wall there was quite a bit of black mold. When I called to tell them that they never installed this pipe correctly she told me that its not there fault you should have seen it through the wall. Me not being Superman thought this was a little bit of an idiotic comment. So she then said I could have a plumber out there in 4 days to fix it and the first 30 minutes is only 130 dollars. You can guess what my response was to that. You are messing with water and when water doesn't go where it belong it turns into can make mold grow everywhere. So trust me use someone else that wont destroy a part of your brand new house or anything you care about.

These folks are professional, reasonably-priced, competent, and efficient. They came to my home within two hours of my call and completed a job quickly and neatly. They cleaned up after they finished the work and took the trash with them. I was very impressed and happy to keep my business local in the community. I recommend them with enthusiasm!

I stumbled on them by accident. I was driving down the street needing a plumber and one of their trucks drove by. I said why not and called the number on the side of the truck. I followed the truck about a mile as I was heading the same way, but then it turned around and apparently went to my house (I kept going the other way but the house had a lockbox so the guy let himself in - I didn't even need to be there). An hour later the place is fixed and I get a very reasonable bill in the mail a few days later.

After that stellar experience I used the company 2 more separate times and found them to be quick and reasonable. I fear that as more people find out about them they will raise their prices or something (isn't that how it always goes) but I'm nonetheless willing to spread the word.

So, a big thumbs up from me.
