You can stop looking for a plumber - call Southern Service. Greg came out and replaced the fixtures on three bathtubs. Even un-jammed my disposal for no extra charge. Quality work, professional, polite, show up when they say they will. Highly recommended

I had a leak in my home, didn't know where it was coming from. At this point I had water under my wood floors. I called a company that said they were coming and never showed (for 2 weeks) At this point I had water under my wood floors. I came across Southern Service on a whim. I talked to Jessica, she was very nice and caring. She had a tech in my area and dispatched them to my home once they were done with the job, THE SAME DAY!! Greg came out and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Not only did he find and fix the leak he called a water restoration company who came out WITHIN THE HOUR, to get that drying process started. I'm thankful for Jessica for being so understanding and getting me the help I needed. Right away. I'd definitely recommend Southern Service to anyone who needs plumbing services in an emergency or other wise. THANK YOU!!!

Great customer service! Jessica was friendly and professional and scheduled my service right away, for the next day. She called ahead of time to let me know the technician, Greg, was on the way. When Greg arrived, he too was friendly and professional. As it turned out my issue was not a plumbing issue and Greg was able to fix the problem in about 1 minute of seeing the issue. Because of this, he did not charge me for the service call, which of course cost him time out of his day. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of this company. I own 2 homes in the area and this is my new plumbing service for sure!

I found Southern Service through Home Advisor and Jessica contacted me immediately! From there, Hank was at my home on 20 minutes and my tankless water heater was fixed within 15 minutes.
