I do not know what type of company sends someone out at 8:30 on a Friday night to drum up business but clearly this company does. There were no lights on in my house as we all had gone to bed early since we had to get up at 3 to catch a flight. I then hear someone open my screen door and knock. I ignore it hoping they go away. Nope, they once again open my screen door and knock again. At this point I feel like the person is casing my home to burglarize it, I yell who is it. The person says something I can't understand. I tell them never ever open someone's screen door. It's creepy, knock on the screen door but don't open it. I don't need a new roof but if I did, I would not use this company specifically because there is no common sense about customer service. If this had happened Saturday morning or afternoon I would not be nearly as upset. I post this only after talking it over with several people who agreed it's not appropriate to open someone's screen door at night especially when you are trying to sell something. Move onto the next house.

I received a visit from the company rep and just in time. The roof was passed it years and although no leaks, my insurance required full replacement to stay active. Southern roofing guided me with support to working with my insurance to get the job done with as little out of pocket as possible. That part took a while to figure out but southern roofing were there at every turn. Once that was settled the materials were delivered and I stalled next day by 5pm. All of the wood needed replacing which was my responsibility and at $100 a sheet was costly but the company worked with me to pay the balance. I would gladly prefer them if ever I needed work done and would recommend them first overall. Very pleased. The work done is beautiful!
