I liked the plumber, he seemed like a nice person and seemed to be knowledgeable, but he never called or e-mailed an estimate. I would have like to have something on paper.

I hate leaving a bad review but when a contractor won't return calls or follow through on """"making things right"""" financially I have no other choice. I thought John & Beth were going to be wonderful. Started out good although I rareLY knew when they would arrive for scheduled service & often just showed up randomly. They scratched my brand new claw foot tub & verbally promised reimbursement of $395 for repair. Never happened! Gave them $400 for gas hookup supplies to tankless water heater which the gas company handled. Again, promises to reimburse & """"make it right"""" but no action. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Most of their work was good but my lack of trust has cost me more to get another plumber in to recheck their work. I just don't like dishonesty.

Thank you for coming in quickly and fixing the issue with the bidet! John and his wife were quick to respond over the weekend. He arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time and was able to help with the bidet installation in my washroom. He did a great job and explained the issue to me properly. He didn't over charge either. I will be recommending them to other people in my neighborhood as well. Thank you John!!

These guys don't have manners to show up on time and when they show up, its a fake technician who came up empty handed and with NO tools. Keep calling their bosses and they don't even picked up his phone. Instead of repairing the water heater which they claim they CAN, they start pitching their misguiding sales to sell me a new equipment. When I queried by calling back for their actual technician availability, they made an excuse of some personal problems. I am reporting them as FAKES because of their non apologetic and unprofessional response. They got my address and personal information for which I will be demanding them to delete and remove it in their system. People! AVOID SCAMMERS AND NON PROFESSIONALS...
