Save yourself the agony of rock bottom customer service and a very poor product. These people do not know the meaning of quality work. Will never use or recommend them because they are only out to serve themselves and do not stand behind their own work.

If there were a rating less than 1, this company would surely merit it. I was unfortunate enough to hire a builder who used this company to plumb my new home. Obviously, this plumber cut so many corners to save himself money (and still pass inspection) that I find myself with bubbling toilets (which won't flush) when anyone is showering. My home is less than 3 years old!! I had one of their employees check my home ($160) only to tell me the problem was septic related and there was nothing clogged in the home. I hired a septic company to evaluate, who drained the septic tank and inspected, said everything septic related was fine. My toilets still bubbled!! I do not have a clog inside the home, the toilets flush fine until someone takes a shower. I also have a jetted bathtub in my master. When the tub is drained, the toilets bubble. This company did not plumb my home adequately to accommodate my fixtures!! They cut corners to save money by not ventilating my master bath up to the roof. When I started complaining about this problem and insisted speaking to someone named Nola, she argued with me throughout the whole conversation and then proceeded to sling every cuss word in the book at me, calling me horrible names prior to hanging up on me!!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL. Shame on you people......Not interested in customer service, or backing up their work.

Avoid calling this place. Extremely loooooooong winded receptionist who tries to act like she is a plumber. I'm not sure why she didn't have someone with plumbing knowledge call me back, but she felt she had to explain every possible facet of my job to me. Maybe she was trying to sell me a car? She had no idea what a bath tub looks like....Plumbers are a dime a dozen. Got several other quotes from skilled plumbers and obviously went with someone else. Go elsewhere, you'll be on the phone for 20 minutes while some chick acts like she knows what she's talking about

Called this morning and had service arrive in 2 hrs. The best service and workmanship we've ever had. Reasonable rates. Prompt, courteous, very experienced gentleman who works quickly & efficiently. Will definitely use again.
