I would give zero stars if possible. I had a technician to my home to quote a new hot water heater, Our is leaking rusty water, and rusty water pours from our faucets and shower, not to mention the content mess of emptying a bucket under the hot water heater drain to keep the floor dry, a week later and no sign of a quote. I called and asked for the quote and the woman who answered the phone could not have cared less. She nonchalantly said they might get to it. WHY did they waste my time to come to my house to estimate? Very disappointing as I have yet to find a decent plumber in this area.

Bill came out to review our plumbing issues and was very honest and clear about what he felt should be done. He quoted us a fair price and got us scheduled right away. It was so hard for us to find someone reliable who would actually show up and get the work done and he did and did an incredible job.

Plumbers came to my home a day late, looked over the potential job which was to replace my water heater and move it about 3 feet. They said they would send me a written estimate and never did. My boyfriend called them, for a separate issue several weeks later and they never bothered to even return his call. If this is how you want to be treated as a client...then by all means call them and good luck. They will not get my business nor my money.

Called two days in advance. Set up appointment for 9-11am. I had to call at 11:15, to find out if there was a problem. Office girl told me he was on the way, should be 15-20 minutes. Service guy calls me at 12:15 to tell me he was on the way. I have 1:00 appointment, so I told him to forget it. If this is an example of the way they run their business - good luck to anyone that calls them.

My home renovation was frustrating and challenging, but Southern Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. They are on time, they know what they're doing, and they saved my project. I had a few issues on my end, but they came to the rescue! Great company.

Adam was on time and Professional. I had a leak at the main drain where the pipe from the sinks connected. Adam had to cut the main pipe in two places and remove the connector, then replace it and reconnect the pipe. He did all of this with very little mess (and cleaned up after) and kept the fumes to a minimum. I am very happy with his work. Southern Plumbing Inc. will be my first call when I need help again.

Fantastic! Im out of state and my 90 year old mother lives in vero. She had all toilets and drains backing up on a Saturday night. I called several places. RotoRouter cancelled after setting appointment for later that evening. They didn't actually have anyone available. I called Southern plumbing, left message with the service, got return call from plumber in about 3 minutes. Was at the house within 45 min. Big project, remove one toilet, clean sewer line choked with roots, replace, clean up...etc. Rate was higher overtime rate, got everything done in two hours. Worth every penny. ( we had another plumber there from another company two weeks earlier, who just used my plunger, made a mess, problem persisted. ) Thank you!

I had a small emergency when the water tank on the toilet cracked (what a mess!). I wasn't even sure this model was still produced. I spoke with James in the parts department, nicest person you could ask for. The tank was still available but he didn't have it in stock, he got it to me the very next day. It pays to shop local businesses. Price was very reasonable and the service above and beyond what you usually get.
