I called and asked for an estimate and was informed that someone had to come out and the cost to come out was ninety-five dollars. Of course that amount would be added to the work if completed. Now all I needed was the supply line and valve replaced. For those that do not know, this is about a fifteen minute job for any pro. The cost was three hundred dollars, can you say rip off. I asked the tech why so much, he stated that it was their price and that they had to allow the glue to dry, that is why they stayed in their truck for almost 30 minutes. I know better, the glue dries almost instantaneously, what a big disappointment. I will never use this company again and I hope others read this, there is no way it should have cost nearly that much. Yes my back ground is in construction and I wish I would have gotten off my lazy behind and did it myself.......
