This is second review of Southern Phoenix Services and once again the score a top 5 rating from me. I wish I could give them a 10 because they are hot stuff in a good way. This time it was the water tank. Well, it kinda went crazy and popped a fit with a pipe bursting spewing water all over my garage. I had no idea for at least two hours only to discover the only things missing from me were my towel and my sauna pillow. I have to give Nick all the credit for this project. He not only fixed the problem but also he transformed the issue into a wonderful solution. Nick was extremely professional, kind and considerate. I have always known Southern Phoenix Services to stand way above the rest, but they actually soar high into the clouds. As long as I am a satisfied customer, I will forever use Southern Phoenix Services and I suggest you do the same!

I needed roughing in of kitchen sink lines, refrigerator ice maker valve, and replacement of broken exterior faucets. The team was able to give me a quote and fix my issues the same day. They were very professional from customer service scheduling the visit to the team doing the repairs. Their pricing was in the middle between all the quotes I received. Overall, I couldn't have asked for better quality and service. They finished all the work in about 4 hrs. I will definitely be using them again for my future bathroom remodeling project. I would highly recommend.

Total 5-star experience all the way around. My service call was initially for two slow sink drains, one in my son's bathroom and one in mine. They thought my son's drain was fine, demonstrated it, and didn't charge me. Had mine cleared in about 15 minutes. Extremely responsive, from initial inquiry to scheduling, arrived on time, and the friendliest service from Albert and Austin. Thank you!

I called Southern Phoenix Services because I had a faulty ejector pump lid and the sewage smell was coming into the house. Matt came to assess the problem and confirmed a large crack and in properly installed seals was causing the problem. He also noticed that there was no cutoff before the check valve. Upon inspecting the check valve, he notice it too was faulty and needed to be replaced. He was very considerate and explained what was wrong and explain and showed how he fixed everything. All and all it was a fair price, as others charge way more money than what is required to get the job done. Upon showing me the completed work, he also let me know he took it upon himself to fix the toilet handle as it was in need of adjustment. Its a stinky job one for which I was not willing to do.. so I am glad they got the job done right.
