Southern Phoenix Services went above and beyond for my family. Our main bathroom and kitchen sink were backed up and I didn't know until I was about to step into the shower that was full of poo water They responded quickly and were able to work me in that night. Unfortunately, the problem reared it's ugly head about a day and a half later and they came out and made things right! Also, Julie was especially helpful!!!

Jake was straight forward and honest. He explained thoroughly on what he was going to do and gave us a close estimate. We had leak in our basement that was actually coming outside. He repaired it in less than 3 hours after digging and inserting a temporary solution. The company was very responsive and had an open spot that day. Highly recommend them and will use them again!

Jake and his associate, Jim of Southern Phoenix Services installed a hose bib near the front of my home. They performed the work with precision and great results. The cost was reasonable and fair. Jake and Jim were very professional and polite. Jake explained in detail what was needed and did the job. Had a call about water leaking through the ceiling. Contacted Southern Phoenix Services on Sunday through yelp and actually got a response and could schedule for first thing Monday morning. Jake arrived within the service window, diagnosed the problem, sent pictures then contacted me about the cost and what needed to be done. Once approved he proceeded with the repair and it was all done for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company.

Sent an incompetent technician who flooded my yard. When I spoke with he told me to fix it myself, or pay another $189. Too lazy and unprofessional to come back and correct his errors.

After an extremely quick response time to an inquiry, within hours someone came to our home to give an estimate. We were comfortable enough to proceed with service and installation. We could have had the new water heater the next day but we decided to wait for Albert/Austin technicians since they gave the estimate and made us feel confident in their ability to perform the installation without hassle and we were right. Within 2 days, they arrived as scheduled, emptied and removed our old water heater, then installed our new water heater. This process took approximately 2 hours as promised. I waited a few weeks before reviewing - weeks later and we are still loving our new system and no longer dealing with the water running cold after 1 shower. Highly recommend this company's service!

Cannot say enough about the professional service we received today. We needed to replace a couple of old toilets so searched in Yelp. I sent an inquiry for the job and in no time received a response. I was given a fair price on the job. The installer, Andrew, was great to explain what was needed and was prepared to begin the job. He arrived on time as well!! A few hours later he had completed the job and cleaned everything up. Amazing job! I would highly recommend for your plumbing needs.
