Called them this morning after we woke up to our bathroom flooded from wall to wall. They were able to come out a few hours later and quickly fix our exploding toilet situation. They were in an out in under an hour. Grateful for the quick, professional, and friendly service!

Almost blew up my house.
Hired them for two smaller jobs before getting my propane boiler replaced. Big mistake.
1. Written quote was $1900 HIGHER than verbal quote given day of estimate
2. First night after install the furnace ran on HIGH all night - heating my house to 80+ degrees - Why? They'd left a bypass valve in the wrong position overriding the thermostat. How much $$ in propane did that cost?
3. Then propane proceeded to LEAK INTO MY HOUSE FOR A WEEK due - again- to an installation issue - I'd had 3 wood stove fires in that time.
4. First email to management about valve in wrong place (and worker not wearing mask in my home) - unanswered.
5. Second email a week after leak fixed (which, btw, they think I should be GRATEFUL to them for coming to fix the leak they created and that could have killed me) received a call: Promised to bring to management for resolution (whether that was a credit toward future work, or even a simple acknowledgment of their mistakes) - never heard back.
6. Third and final email gives no apology or resolution, however reinforces that I should be HAPPY that they came to fix the leak THEY made.
Andrew, (the owner) who ""checked"" his men's work himself the day of the install, has never once contacted me, nor has anyone else on the management team. Hire these guys and you put your own life at risk. And they won't even care enough to say sorry.

As an owner of a seriously old house, having a reliable plumber is very important. We recently had a split washing machine pipe which filled the basement with water and steam and was causing the water pump to work overtime. After we shut off the water to the whole house, we called Southern NH Plumbing and Heating....It was a Sunday and I couldn't believe that Andrew Chesney was at our house in 90 minutes. This wasn't the first time Andrew has saved us from plumbing disasters, and probably won't be the last. He is knowledgeable, reliable, and incredibly warm hearted as he assures us the problem is ""totally fixable"". Call this incredible company whenever you have a plumbing problem, you will not be disappointed.

Would NOT recommend. Called to get a quote on replacing components of my 30 year old system. Lady who answered the phone kept asking me ""well, what's wrong""! I said I wanted to get some quotes. She said ""well I need to know what's wrong to determine if this is a billable service call"". I never told them I wanted them to fix anything, I wanted a quote. She then stated ""well, I have to have Jim call you"". Guess what, Jim never did. Well Jim, your loss. Just accepted an estimate for $25K worth of work to my system. I went with your competitor.

Again, stellar service. I strongly recommend this company. We had two toilets installed to replace ones that were problematic. New ones were put in efficiently within the time window expected, at close to the quoted price (varied slightly due to a piece that needed to be replaced). It was easy to get this scheduled and they were quite helpful when we had a delivery issue from Lowes.

I am not one to give out good reviews for no reason. I have recently renovated a bathroom and replaced a toilet, but to my dismay it was leaking from underneath the toilet. Trying everything I could myself I gave up and hired a plumber. The FIRST plumber I had come to house was refered to me. First, he overcharged me for the work he did, and then told me what he did was ""so easy I could have done it."" It was a horrible experience and still my toilet leaked. Same plumber wanted an additional 200 to come back and try again. Fast forward, I was then recommended to Southern NH plumbing and heating. WOW what a change. I was able to have someone come out next day and it was the owner, Andrew. He was fantastic, courteous and CLEAN. He put on boot covers when he walked in, cleaned up after himself, disinfected, wore gloves and was fully professional. He gave me his word that if the toilet still leaked he would come back at no cost to fix. Turns out, after he was gone the toilet continued to leak. I called him back and he got me on phone with Kohler as we now assumed it was the toilet itself that maybe had a hairline crack. He helped me get a replacement (not his job to do) for free with warranty, picked up the replacement (also not his job) AND sent someone out at no cost to do the job again. The gentleman who came out only days after Easter was super friendly, redid all the work, cleaned everything nicer than before AND took away the old toilet still at no cost. They went above and beyond. I will be recommending them to everyone I know locally and will use them again if the need arises.

Top notch company with top notch customer service. Purchased a home and had them replace the boiler. Couldn't be happier with the professionalism and quality of work done. When we had an issue with our pressure tank, they came right out to take a look. When the issue wasn't resolved, they stayed on top of it until finding the problem. Very enthusiastic and upbeat when they answer calls from customers. We'll be using Southern NH Heating and Plumbing for all our future plumbing jobs!

I have to say I am extremely impressed, no need for details but he knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it for a very agreeable price.
His inside team was awesome as well with scheduling and cancellations.
I highly recommend this hard working tradesman who has old fashioned service with today's technology.

Quality can be measured by consistency and we have used them 3 times and Zach was the tech 2 of those times, excellent clean prompt service.

Disappointed! Andrew did a whole house water system for me a few years ago, and the work was excellent. However, I called for another project, and he doesn't respond to calls or returns any messages. I called the office and spoke with assistant and she said she would call back after speaking with Andrew, she never called back! This leaves me to believe that they discriminate on which customers they choose to work with. This is not only illegal but shows the morality of these people!
