It went very well. Scott was quite knowledgable and generous in making sure I understood everything he was doing and why and, more, didn't try to drive the price up. His focus was on doing exactly what I needed once he explained the various options. He was punctual, hard-working, friendly, and really knew his stuff. An excellent experience!

We scheduled an appointment this fall with Pine State Services to have our fireplace serviced. We explained at the time it was not working. We called late, so that was on us that we couldn't get an appointment until the end of January. I'll gladly own that.

Yesterday I called to confirm today's appointment. This morning I get a call that our appointment is being canceled due to emergency calls. Ok, I understand that too. Offered to be rebooked to the end of March. After waiting several months without our fireplace, now we have to go the entire winter!?!

Our fireplace is supposed to be a backup source of heat and to relieve some of the effort the furnace needs on below zero days and now we have to go the entire winter without it? We have no backup heat source and the nonchalant attitude of the person calling was the straw that broke the camels back. Totally unacceptable.

I received a follow-up call the next day. Pine State was able to make some scheduling adjustments and advised that someone would be able to perform the installation the following day.

Although I could not be there for the re-scheduled installation, apparently the work was completed as planned.

It was unfortunate that the situation had to escalate the way it did when I found out at 4pm the day prior to the scheduled installation that they were not going to perform the work, however, Pine State deserves credit for making an effort to get the project back on track as quickly as they did.

Called them for a boiler cleaning, upon completion they called me with a bill for almost 3X what they said it would be for a cleaning - they do not claim any additional parts or services performed. I have contacted them 5 times in the last 6 months to get a written receipt for the work done, they are polite and say they will get to it but have NEVER supplied the receipt or an explanation of the bill. As a homeowner and landlord I will avoid using them again

Well, they responded as ""quickly"" as they possibly could. Times are tough right now with the demand and inability to find workers.

I had a leaky pipe, and it took a month to get an appointment (understood). The worker, Jason, showed up and came, saw, conquered. Got it done in under an hour, and cleaned everything up wonderfully.

Absolute five star service!

This was a strange leak, and difficult to find. Two other plumbers had no clue (after charging me $67 each for the diagnostic, which was ass. One of them ruined my toilet flow).

The previous ""owners"" lied to me about the pipes all being new Pex (King Real Estate). The one hot water pipe was, in fact, 20+ year old copper. Jason isolated it and fixed it in an hour, and for that I am so grateful.

Nothing but a scam. Don't waste your valuable time folks. The main focus of this sham is getting you to sign up for a membership? A membership? Never heard of such a foolish thing! I just needed a plumber to do q job and I pay you immediately! Not this place. Never again.
