Run away from this company! I was needing repair on my Pentair pool equipment and Southern Escapes was recommended by my electrician. Travis at Southern Escapes was my contact. Upon arrival, he kept repeating, over and over, how important customer satisfaction was and that was his biggest objective making customers happy. When someone repeats that 10 times in a 30 minute window, it's time to get nervous. Makes you think you're dealing with a used car salesman. After identifying the issue, Travis told me he was contacting the Pentair rep to see if there was anything Pentair could do to assist in covering this under warranty since it was just out of warranty. After numerous attempts to contact Travis and the numerous excuses with zero answers he stopped answering my calls and voice messages. This was over a two week timeframe which caused my pool to deteriorate into a algae mess. If there was a reason why Travis no longer wanted to repair my system, he was not man enough to contact me but just left me in the dark. Remember his customer service banter? Used car salesman banter. As a side note, most of the workers working there are misfits from another bankrupt local pool company that built my pool. This company told me my pool would be constructed in 3 months but took 10 months to complete. Chose your pool construction company wisely!

We want to give a shout out to Southern Escapes, LLC for building a beautiful, top quality pool for our family. Mike Troiano and his team of pool professionals did a great job from start to finish, designing and building our pool to fit seamlessly with our existing house, back porch and patio area. There were a few hiccups along the way but Southern Escapes addressed and remedied each one. Even though we were just a family looking for a pool for entertainment and relaxation, we were still treated with the same respect and professionalism that would be afforded to home building contractors. One of the big advantages of choosing Southern Escapes to build our pool was being able to work hand in hand with Lawn Enforcement Agency which is under the same ownership. The pool, plaster, tile, pavers, landscaping and irrigation was all handled between departments. Upon completion of our pool, Mike Troiano asked for our input regarding any improvements he could make to allow for a better experience. This shows he values the need to strive to constantly improve his business practices and focus on customer service. We would definitely recommend Southern Escapes, LLC along with Lawn Enforcement Agency to build your dream pool and backyard space. Dr. and Mrs. Don Scott
