Kerry was professional, easy to work with, responsive, and transparent. I hiried Southern Boyz to install my fancy ass bidet toilet. We talked and he gave me a quote, we texted to arrange the time and day. He arrived with one other person (thank goodness, my new toilet was extremely heavy) and proceeded to get it done. I knew there would be extra costs (the wall behind our traditional was unpainted and I'd read that most folks had to move their water socket thing). I needed both and he let me know how much it would be before proceeding. Working with Kerry was easy breezy. I highly recommend this company.

Southern Boys GCP did a great job. They not only fixed my clogged plumbing issue, but also provided DYI education on how I could repair it if and when necessary. They also took the time to follow-up and briefly assist/consult with a related issue to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Contacted Kerry this morning and by 3 p.m. he was at the house and showed us what the problem was and had it fixed in 5 minutes. He also told us how to remedy the problem ourselves if it happens again. Now that is service!! I will be using them again in the future for sure!

We had a burst pipe that was leaking into our garage. Kerry called us back lightning fast and was here the same day to fix it. When he learned we had a nonstandard sized hose connection he went above and beyond to get us a replacement part making multiple trips to suppliers to find the right one as quickly as possible. Their service was fast, professional, and priced fairly. I know who I'm calling the next time we need a plumber!

Excellent business to deal with. Kerry came out to my house to replace a outdoor faucet that was leaking, and a 37-year-old water shut off valve in my house. We also had him clean out the drains in 2 of our bathrooms. Kerry was right on time for the appointment and got right to work. He was very courteous and professional and had the faucet and a shut off valve replaced in about 2 hours. He went upstairs and cleaned out 3 drains that have never been professionally cleared in the 27 years that i have owned the house. He cleaned up the areas he was working on and thanked me for the business. It was a very nice experience to see a hard-working small business owner who takes pride in his work, do such a great job. His bid came in at 60% less than the bid of a large locally advertised company. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any plumbing job I have, or to refer him to any of my friends and neighbors.
