I called these people to inspect and get my air running which wasn't blowing cold air. The sent a tech named Chase who was absolutely fantastic. Chase I specked my unit and showed me an invoice for $2867.60! This included, $1691.00 for the ECM-X13 Blower Motor, $989.00 for 1 hour of labor, $187.60 for tax for a total of $2867.60! I kept asking Chase how much the part was and his response several times was, """"we don't do it like that"""". I kept asking what the mark up on the part was and why was the labor so high. He just kept saying, """"that's just how we do it"""". I told Chase thanks but no thanks. So a chase told me that I owed him $90 for coming out. Keep in mind Chase didn't tell me where I could source the part myself or even what the part number was. So I called my next door neighbors who referred me to B&W Heating & Air. Not only did they give me the part number so I should source it myself. They ordered the part and charged me cost, $487.50. They then came out and installed charging me $100 to install. If you add the tax $41.31 that brings me yo a grand total of $628.63! A savings of an outrageous $2,238.97! DO NOT USE SOUTHERN AIR HEATING, COOLIG & PLUMBING for ANY reason. I don't know if they were attempting to take advantage of me because I'm a woman but, they Air Force Veteran wasn't playing that game!

Great customer service and knowledgeable and friendly technicians! A/C went out and Sean was there within the hour to fix the problem. I am so thankful we bought our unit from Comfort Air. My biggest surprise was that the unit has a 10 yr warranty so it was covered! I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooking needs. Thanks again Sean!!
