Bailey at Southern Air a consumer representative I assume wanted to argue about a 3 -4 dollarair filter in our air conditioning system which they had just cleaned but didn't put in a new filter. One of the employees said he would put in a new filter the following day. Bailey hung up on me after I asked to speak with a manager. Bailey's rude behavior reflects on the rest of the employees which isn't just.

Keagen was the great, he let me know what the problem was and fixed in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.

We have used the services of Buddy's AC and now Southern Air for several years. They are always responsive when we have a problem. They do not push unnecessary repairs and fully explain our options. The fees are very reasonable and affordable.

We had the compressor, a $1300 part, to our AC unit replaced 2 years ago and we purchased warranty for it. The part has been malfunctioning since the start of summer and we've got the annual service agreement with Southern Air so they've been coming out trying to diagnose and fix the issue for 2 months, 5 different visits. Turns out, it's the compressor. We finally get a manager to call us back about the continued issue and the manager agrees, its the compressor and it will be replaced due to the 2 year warranty we purchased. We call back this week to ask when the replacement compressor will be installed and they have no idea what we're talking about. Even worse, they say the warranty we purchased was for 2 weeks. Why would anyone pay for a 2 week warranty on a $1300 part?
Afterwards we called the manufacturer, Rheem, that Southern Air processed the warranty with, it was discovered that Southern Air never even processed the warranty through them as they stated on our invoice. So we paid a warranty process fee and it didn't even get done through the correct channels at the manufacturer.
I would caution anyone before calling Southern Air. If you can't trust the products they sell, the warranties they ""process"", or the words of their own managers, what can you rely on?
