Called Mike on a Wednesday morning because our shower faucet handle was broken off, so we had to turn off the water to our whole house. Mike was able to come out within a couple of hours and had the problem fixed in a couple of hours. Great guy and the price was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend him!!

Mike is the man and I highly recommend him.

Kitchen sink clogged on a Friday. I did some research and thought I had to clear the pipe and replace the dishwasher exit hose. I called 10 plumbers. 4 of them had full voicemails. 1 of them picked up and was busy for weeks. I left 5 other voicemails. Mike is the only guy who called me back, first thing Monday morning.

Mike came out today in a middle of a snowstorm.

He cleared the drain using a snake. Then, he gave me some tips on the disposal (don't put fibrous stuff down there) and the dishwasher (once a month, run it w/ 1 part bleach, 2 parts water). Mike runs his business the way he'd like to be treated. So while other plumbers might charge me the extra hour for putting the new dishwasher hose, Mike told me I didn't need to do that.

I will 100% be using Mike in the future.

Mike is responsive and efficient. I have had to use him twice in the past couple of months, with the most recent being a boiler emergency during freezing temps. Mike was in my driveway within a couple of hours of me calling, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Would highly recommend.

Very impressed with Mike Flowers and Southeast Plumbing & Heating! Mike has helped with annual items at my house and has always been very thorough and helpful - even showing me how to do it myself so I wouldn't have to call him out every spring (saving me money).

Well today I called Mike because we had a leak in the wall behind the shower valve and he was over at the house within an hour and took care of everything same day.

I haven't lived in the Plymouth area for a long time but I trust Mike completely and will continue to use Southeast Plumbing & Heating. Great guy and great work.

I needed a plumber to complete an instillation of Rinnai tankless water heater. The far part of the house as not getting hot water. Mr Flowers promptly came over to see the installation. He said he must survey the installation and review the manufacturing recommendations. He called and said the installation was not to the manufacturer specifications. He brought his tools and materials. Job took 5 hours and now we have hot water throughout the house. We recommend Southeast to anyone.

Mike Flowers, owner of Southeast Plumbing & Heating, is what every businessman should be; honest, reliable, personable, and fair. His handiwork is solid and his business ethic shines through clearly. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.
I had a leak in my basement pipes and he fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. That, of course, is a smaller job but if I end up moving forward with the larger job my wife and I have discussed (a 1/2 bath in the basement) I would call Mike back for certain. After the conversations I've had with him, seeing his work, and knowing he's been at this for 30 years or so, I would trust him with any job.
I agree 100% with the other reviewer who said Mike wouldn't try to ""scare"" a homeowner into doing something. He is clearly a good man who approaches his work as a customer would hope; with a ""treat others the way you want to be treated"" mentality. I can't say enough. Call Southeast Plumbing and Heating and you will understand for yourself.
