SouthBay Plumbers
Company Overview
SouthBay Plumbers Inc. is a locally owned and operated business. With over 25 years in plumbing, our owner Tommy leads the way. We take pride in our integrity and the quality of our work. We are excited to offer more services. We provide a range of services such as plumbing repairs, sewer line camera inspections, copper and CPVC repiping, toilet repair and installation, sewer and drain cleaning, garbage disposal installation, faucet repair and installation, water heater installation (tank and tankless), main line replacements, cleanout installations, shower valve repairs/replacements, fixture replacements, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, and water main repairs. We want to clarify that our policy does not include removing toilets to clear clogs, as it may cause damage to other lines. We focus on delivering outstanding customer service at SouthBay Plumbers. As a bilingual plumbing company, we offer honest, reliable, and dedicated plumbers. Our goal is to achieve complete customer satisfaction. From fixing a leaky faucet to unclogging kitchen drains, we handle it all. We aim to keep our customers satisfied and foster long-term relationships with them. SouthBay Plumbers is proudly owned and run by Tommy Renteria.
Tommy has two decades of experience working with Bay Area plumbing companies. We cater to homeowners, property managers, realtors, and commercial enterprises.
We have expertise in every phase of plumbing, including drain cleaning, copper repiping (often done in a single day), gas lines, leak detection, and servicing or replacing both standard and tankless water heaters. Additionally, SouthBay Plumbers can perform trenchless sewer line installations.

Quick and efficient. The estimate was less than others and they didn't try to charge more after the job was done. Very happy.
Danny G.From the very first call to the last hand shake. Tommy and his staff were awesome. I had tankless water heater emergency I called southbay plumber's and i had someone at my house with in a couple hours assessing the problem. They gave me a bid the coached me they made me aware of the problem, the do and don'ts... Great all around team and group effort. PROFESSIONAL..... well carried company. I highly recommend southbay plumbers to anyone. Job was clean, in great working order. Quality! !!!

Louis H.Scheduled to install a fix for leaky plumbing. Knowledge of business appears high. More to come on my experience.
Sanjose K.Murphy's Law is that all thins break on the weekend when no one is open =( I called 5 places before SouthBay, and they were the only ones who were both open AND available immediately for my water that was coming out everywhere!
From the time of my call, the service provider was here in under 15 minutes- awesome! He was very polite, diagnosed the problem immediately, asked us if we wanted him to get started (yes!) and drove over to Home Depot to get the needed supplies. His quote was very reasonable and we didnt feel ripped off for a weekend call. The problem was completely fixed in a very reasonable amount of time, and we took his card to call back immediately in the future. It is great to know we have a plumber who can be there RIGHT AWAY and NOT price gouge you!
We were having some problems with very noisy pipes. At first we thought it was our water heater. We called Tommy Renteria at SouthBay Plumbers on a Saturday morning and he was at our house within 20-25 minutes! He said the problem was not our water heater but a ""pressure"" problem. He said to call his office first thing Monday morning and set up an appointment. I called first thing (even before the 8:00 am opening time) and I was told they could be here between 1:00 and 3:00. We were thankful they could come the same day since noise seemed to be getting worse. Around 9 Tommy called and said they could come early which was great! They did a GREAT job and the noise is gone!! SouthBay Plumbers will be the ONLY plumbing company we call from now on. The prices are fair and the work is done right. We are very happy with this company. This is the 2nd time we've used them. Tommy also unclogged a pipe for us last year.
Lance T.I was having an issue with my kitchen sink and had tried figuring it out myself but couldn't. I'm a pretty busy guy so I don't have a lot of time to deal with issues like this and gave these guys a call. They came out the same day, and replaced the washers. No leaks, no waiting, and they were great and helping me understand what was going on.
Thank you South Bay Plumbers and Adrian, we had a busted water heater that was leaking and called our warranty company AHS which then had our appointment set up with South Bay plumbers. Adrian called 30 minutes before arriving and then showed up and immediately did a thorough inspection, told us about the items that need to be replaced, called the company to get the parts and within 3 hours we had a brand new water heater installed per code with all the other worn out parts also replaced in the process. He is a Pro, courteous and knew exactly what needed to be done and did it with a no-nonsense approach. Thanks again and will recommend South Bay Plumbers again !
Adrian came on the same day we called SouthBay Plumber. He was helpful, finished his work on the same day ( did an excellent job by the way) and most importantly, was very courteous and polite. Will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!!!
I called them on a Monday morning for a leaky toilet. They said someone could be out between 4-6pm. I left work 2 hours early to be home by 4. At 6, no one had shown up, so I called. They said sorry, the guy is running late. At 7, I call again, they said he was on his way. He shows up, I tell him my toilet leaks from the bottom and sometimes is slow to flush. He didn't know what to do. He goes outside and makes a call. He ends up snaking my toilet for $98. The next day my toilet is still leaking. A friend comes over and figures out the problem in 5 minutes. A bolt needed replacing. He runs to home depot and get the part for a few bucks and replaces it. No more leaking. It was clear to me that the Southbay guy had no clue and really just wanted to go home.
