We have leveraged Southard Plumbing for a few minor needs over the past several years, but recently our clay pipes finally gave out, and we needed a new sewer line.

Scott, Zane, Melissa, Jackson, and the rest of the crew delivered a quality product and were incredibly empathetic with their communication during this stressful time. I will also say that we got estimates from a few other local places, and Southard provided the most reasonable estimate with the most accurate description of what would be needed to complete a project this large.

I would recommend them to anyone and trust their judgment and quality of work.

Southard Plumbing are very responsive, friendly, and did great work on my place. We had a few issues including a tub drain leak, poor water pressure on several fixtures, and to a shower head that wasn't able to activate due to the diverter/pressure.

Scott Jr assessed and gave a fair quote very quickly, then followed up with a date/time and the team was able to get things fixed up. The team was also very informative when I asked questions and worked very diligently to get things done quickly.

Called Southard late in the afternoon and they came to give an estimate the same day. After looking it over they scheduled the work for the next morning at 8:00am. They were prompt and informative of the work they were doing the whole time. The best thing is they charged 40% of several other quotes I received for a single PEX line run in attic. Scott and his crew do great work and they give a 1 year warranty. Definitely on the top of my plumbing list.
