Leo knows what he is doing. We canceled the first company we called because they gave us a 4 hour window. Leo showed up almost immediately. He's very efficient and was able to complete a job that was in a very tight corner And complicated . Our water heater was a tall skinny one that is pretty much a custom fit. We have total confidence in Leo. He even helped me load my truck with some heavy stuff. Leo also helped with kee the cost down.

Deceptive tech and not following through on agreed upon services.
Agreed to replace uv bulb, twice, by Steven/tech as part of service, repeatedly, claimed they couldn't find bulb and offered 1944 dollar replacement option.
I found replacement bulbs for 34 bucks. Plus return calls were twice requested, agreed upon and not followed through on. My impression is if there is not real profit to be made their interest in your hvac needs diminishes as well. They have only added to the negative image of the hvac/plumbing company as a seeker of higher profits and little else. Sad.

I have had AAA Heating and A/C do our regular HVAC maintenance for several years. The service was good and they found the system to be working fine. In the last year or so AAA was acquired by Southwest Plumbing. This year the tech that came to perform the maintenance was from Southwest. He did his inspection of our system and I was startled by the number of issues he told me that need correcting. He provided me an estimate for the parts and service which totaled to $10,000. With our system never having any issues previously I was shocked by this. The technician asked of i would like to get an estimate for a new system, since the repair cost is so high.I told him no and held off on moving ahead with these repairs. Instead, I contacted another HVAC company I am very familiar with and had them perform a condition assessment of my system. Overall they found the system to be functioning very well, with a few parts showing signs of weakness which they estimated would cost around $700 to replace. I had them perform these repairs. Needless to say i will no longer be using Southwest after this experience with them.

Wow! Abel and Daniel were professional and courteous from the moment they came to the house. They observed cleanliness standards as well. They were able to give me a fair appraisal of the plumbing issues throughout the house and give estimates on site. What was impressive as well was the fact that they had all parts and equipment on the truck. So this eliminated any delay from the things we choose to address today.

I appreciated the text updates on when Abel and Danial would be arriving as well.

Predatory drain cleaning company. I requested kitchen drain cleaning for 2 clogged kitchen drains in a small apartment building we manage. Southwest came out but did not address the issue - instead cameraed the line, provided quotes ranging from $2k to $6k for their hydrojetting, applied high pressure ""sign here"" tactics and then left when I didn't sign. They moreover insisted nobody could simply snake the line to resolve the blockage and hung up on us when we enquired about more information.

My husband snaked the lines in 2 hours and flushed it ourselves.

Beware of ANY vendors applying high pressure tactics.
