Called to get a leaky toilet fixed. Set a Friday appointment because we needed the bathroom for weekend visitors. South West Plumbing first tried to cancel the appointment they had set, and then sent 2 plumbers and tried to charge my wife $1,200 for a new toilet or $700 just for a new gasket that cost $15. When my wife showed them what the part cost at Lowe's and why they were trying to charge $700, they would only say ""that's what we charge"". So she asked to talk to a supervisor in the office, and he, too, refused to break down the charges in any way because, well, it would have been hard to justify what they were charging. A novel concept for this company to consider: A consumer has a right to know what they are being charged for! The supervisor then apparently told his crew to leave, without even saying anything to my wife... A few days later, we got a new toilet from a reputable company for $400 less...Clearly, South West wanted to break their appointment, and when we balked at that, they tried to basically double-charge us simply for keeping the Friday appointment they had set! I guess they have to screw people to pay for all of those TV commercials...We will never do business ever again with South West Plumbing, and if you decide to do so, go in with your eyes wide open...they are unscrupulous...

Called southwest plumbing on a Sunday night because I had water seeping through my floor in my living room. I asked what the service fee would be to have someone come out. I was told it would be $89 for an inspection to find the leak and that any pipes or anything that would need to be replaced would be added to that cost. When the plumber Aaron got to my house my mom (I was at work) was told it would be a total of $388 for the inspection. I talked to Aaron on the phone and he informed me that the $89 was for the dispatch to come to my house. I was desperate and just asked him to find the leak. He looked in my crawl space and found no exposed pipes then cut a hole in my wall and told me everything looked dry and that my meter did not indicate a leak and that it might just be dog pee. I told him it was definitely water and not pee. He then said he would check the meter again. When he got back to me he said it moved a little and that he could start cutting holes in my crawl space to find the leak and that it would be upwards of $900. I asked him why it wouldn't be included in the $388 inspection to find the leak. He told me it wasn't. At this point I had lost all confidence in the fact that he kept changing what he thought was going on asked him to just leave the water off and paid him $388 for less then an hours work and holes in my wall. I later called southwest plumbing to discuss the phone call I has had the night before when I was told it would be $89 for and inspection then added cost for repairs. Laura was very dismissive and I was told, ""I'll let them know""

I had a drain line replaced under my sink and my water heater replaced. SW plumbing was first off the only plumbers who actually got back to me - then they scheduled within 24 hours and jobs were done within a couple hours. The actual plumber who came to my house was awesome. Super professional through and through. I'm impressed enough that I now will only recommend SWP.

We had a little job..It was to replace the drain on a kitchen sink. The job took a little over an hour, the final bill was $950.. This was in my opinion outrages.. I called the company and informed the person I talked to the same.. I also informed him I would never be using his company nor would I ever recommend the company to anyone...

Our water main sprung a leak and was bubbling up from under the driveway. South West's competitor estimated an unreasonable amount of money, plus around a week before they could even get started. In the meantime, our house had no water and we were living out of buckets hauled from the neighbor's house (which was very kind of him). South West charged less than half of the competitor's estimate and got the work completed that same day. Kris and his team were friendly, professional, and efficient. After three days of dry camping in our house, we were able to take showers that evening! Thanks guys!

Booked an appointment a week out for a Thursday. Got a text Thursday morning saying they would call us when they assigned a plumber. We called and gave them the number to call us because my wife was going to stay home and wait instead of me. Didn't hear anything all day. I called at 4:30 and the guy said dispatch had gone home and rescheduled us for Friday, which they never let us know until I called. I called Friday morning to see if they were coming out and they were mostly dismissive of my complaint and said they might be able to get someone out that day but wouldn't know until later. NO THANKS!

By far the best service i have ever got, James baker was super professional and had my plumbing leaks fixed and done properly very quickly, gonna keep them in my favorites for whenever i Need any other plumbing done for my house

I would give South West Plumbing a 0 stars if we could. The dispatcher guaranteed that a plumber would come out to our house to fix a leak today. She said she could not guarantee a time but they would be there. We also received a text today saying they would be here. We waited from 7 am - 3:35 PM when they finally called back to say they could not make it. There plumbers were too busy to help us. We cancelled our plans and waited around all day to be cancelled on at the last minute. Poor Customer Service!

I called to get an estimate to add a washer/dryer hook up and they were a no-show on the first day but called to reschedule.
They got here the next day to check out my project. Nice guys and they send a picture of who is showing up.

If I could give more stars I would. I came home to a leaking water heater, after just talking to my neighbor about how hers needed to be replaced. Abel was the best! He quickly diagnosed the problem and determined I needed a new water heater. During this time my neighbor came over and mentioned she also needed a new water heater. He checked hers out and confirmed she did in fact need a new one. He went and picked up two water heaters and replaced both mine & my neighbors in the same night. They worked over time to get both of our jobs done. They were so nice and got the work done as fast as they could. Highly recommend!
