He assessed the damage and explained to me what had to be done, and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. Steve at South West Plumbing has help me several times throughout the years, and I can only say good things about him. He's trustworthy, a nice guy and a great plumber. I believe he's very busy and at times calls or come by late in the evening or the next day. If you're looking for a good plumber, he's worth the wait.

I am really disappointed. South West came highly recommended by two of my neighbors. Steve came out at the last minute in the evening for us to give us a quote on a pretty large job. He seemed knowledgeable and said he would get us numbers for the quote within the next 3 days. Well I have called twice and left messages asking for his bid (giving him the option to fax, email, or drop it off at the house) and that I really hoped to get his bid as I wanted to consider him for the work. It's now been 7 days and no bid--not even a call to say he was too busy to do the work. He took the time to come out and frankly I liked him better than the guy I am ending up with...but if you don't give me a bid I can't give you the work. Really too bad.
