I called on Tue. Nathan answered the phone. Came the next day, Wed (on time) to see the job. Came back Thur (on time) to do the job. He stays on task and does nice work, very professional, attentive to details and reasonably priced.

We called on yesterday because we had no heat. I found this company online and decided to call because they were close to our home. He gave us a time of 4:30/5:00, he ran a bit behind but let us know that he was still on his way. He came in, very professional and sincere, looked at our system and let us know what the problem was and the cost. He needed a part, told me he'd come by today, came early, fixed the issue and explained everything, every step of the way. He was not super expensive, as well. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

We asked south shore standard for a quote for 2 sump pumps that needed replacement. He was quick to respond and came in well priced but MOST importantly was willing to come out on a Saturday!! Despite our tiny sump pit and very old piping, Nate did an excellent job installing the new pumps and repiping them! Would highly recommend for any plumbing needs :)

Nate is a skilled and experienced plumber with great communication skills and strong work ethic. We found him on Yelp and then read his many positive reviews on home advisor. We needed someone to install a second floor washer dryer hookup with all pipes and vents entirely from scratch within a very tight deadline. This was a job many plumbers said they could not take (or just never got back to us). Nate responded to my yelp inquiry within the hour, came to provide a complimentary quote the following day, then started and finished the large job within days all by himself. He was amazingly punctual throughout and a pleasure to work with. He put us at ease about this large project with his calm demeanor, explainations about what he was doing, and clear competence. He paid attention to small asthetic details, was very tidy, and left us with a beautiful and functional end product. Next time we need plumbing work of any kind, we will hire Nate.

We had a fantastic experience with this company! Nate was punctual, friendly, and gave us a very reasonable price. We had a section of drainpipes in our (very old) basement that needed replacing.
