South Shore Drain showed up a couple hours after I called. Kyle called said they were thirty minutes out. Arrived diagnosed the issue gave me a very fair price did the job and left. Jeff and Kyle were great guys, very professional and knew what they were doing. I would most definitely hire South Shore Drain again. Nothing personal but I hope I don't need them but if I do I won't hesitate they were fabulous in my book, even after I got them soaking wet when I left the water running during a test period, Sorry about that

Our laundry utility tub had clogged from the lint expelled from the washing machine and water spilled out and flooded the lower level of our raised ranch. I tried fixing the clog myself but to no avail. I called South Shore Sewer & Drain this morning, Mark immediately called back and they were out and in my home withing the day, and totally fixed it and opened the drain.
My advice is to call them first when you have drain a problem. Don't waste time and money for stuff to pour down the drain. It doesn't work. Highly recommend Mark and Kyle. They are the best! Very clean and fastidious.

I called them with a plumbing issue that was urgent, but not an emergency. Mark called me back within about 10 minutes of me leaving a message with the office. This was around 4:30 p.m. on a weekday. He said he would be out around 9 a.m. tomorrow and gave me advice on how to survive the night with plumbing on the fritz. I was not able to answer his questions about my septic - we just bought the house last year and I have never had a septic system before. He calmly said - no worries, I will sort you out tomorrow.
He arrived on time, made an assessment of a clogged main line, quoted a very reasonable fee of $249. I think this is a great deal.
My father-in-law actually dealt with Mark, as I took the kids out, for everyone's sanity. My FIL is persnickety about home repairs, but he was very impressed and even took a picture of his industrial snake.
They did 8 test runs with all the water running, toilets flushing, bath draining, etc. before Mark was satisfied he had us up back up and running.
Call them, they will actually call you back and come out asap for a good price.

I received a call back within 5 minutes of calling. It was a Friday night and asked if it was an emergency which it was not. We had an issue with our sewer line. They said they would be out in the morning. They arrived before the time and started working right away. Very pleasant workers and they got the job done and explained what to do to try to prevent it from happening again. Would highly recommend. Great family owned business and the price was very good for what they had to do.

The toilet was stopped up. Nothing I could do about it. 2 trucks arrived within half an hour of calling. 1,2,3...it was snakes and free. Friendly and reasonably priced. His advice: Scots single ply paper. I can do that.
