My garage floor suddenly started to leak water on Palm Sunday morning. I could only stop the leak by shutting off the main water supply to house. Monday morning I called South Shore and Larry came right over to access the problem. He took charge and called a Leak detection company who found the leak under the garage floor. That same afternoon he brought his plumbers over to go in the wall and disconnect the pipe that went under the garage floor. That night we had the water turned on to our house. Larry is our hero. His quick action and quick fix saved the day. I can't say enough about his professionalism.

Our water heater failed for the second time in four years. Since it was under an extended warranty from the """"punctual"""" plumbers with the square blue trucks, we called them. Never again! We sent them away and called Ray at South Shore. This was the day that Hurricane Ian was heading ashore and no one knew how bad it was going to be on the Treasure Coast, but Ray came out that afternoon and installed a hybrid water heater.
