I hired Southshore plumbing on the recommendation of my contractor as we were adding two bathrooms and a kitchen to our house. South Shore bid the job at $25k and was higher then most other plumbers but was advised that they were the best and I felt it was important and worth the money. I couldn't have been more wrong. I have spent over $700k on our new house and South Shore plumbing was by far the worst sub contractor and trade I have ever dealt with in my life. They decided to sub the job out to a random plumber that lived in Mexico who would show up and then disappear at the most critical of times seriously delaying the job. Good luck trying to get an accurate quote or have anything done In a timely manner. They do the job however easiest to them and. whatever to make the most money for themselves. They have no morals or business ethic, whatever they can do to rip you off the most they will do. I am into them over $30k and we are only half way done with project. At this point we just want to move back into our house and are going to hire another plumber and pay them for the services that South shore was supposed to do just to save time and for having to deal with such unprofessional people. Please do yourself a favor and hire any other plumber but here guys. They should get a -5 stars and really should not be dealing with the public. My main reason for this post is to help save the public from the time, misery and money we have wasted with these terrible people.
