We had a shower valve fail, Eric couldn't locate repair parts and we feared we'd have tear out the tile or go from inside the wall. Eric came up with a new fixture and removed a few tiles and installed the new fixture, bingo !!! The new fixture is a Moen so we know we can get parts later if needed and he had the repairs done in 1/2 day. We use Eric up here for our plumbing and heating and he knows what he is doing. Eric has helped us on several occasions since we bought our home in South Lake Tahoe last year. He's professional, courteous and knows his business. We rent the home and wanted to make sure our guests never run out of hot water, so Eric installed a tankless water heater in series with our existing tank heater.
