We had a shower valve fail, Eric couldn't locate repair parts and we feared we'd have tear out the tile or go from inside the wall. Eric came up with a new fixture and removed a few tiles and installed the new fixture, bingo !!! The new fixture is a Moen so we know we can get parts later if needed and he had the repairs done in 1/2 day. We use Eric up here for our plumbing and heating and he knows what he is doing. If they had 7 stars I would give him that rating. Thanks Eric.

2. New Rinnai tankless water heater and gas line.
3. New water shut off valve.

Eric has helped us on several occasions since we bought our home in South Lake Tahoe last year. He's professional, courteous and knows his business. We rent the home and wanted to make sure our guests never run out of hot water, so Eric installed a tankless water heater in series with our existing tank heater. Eric then came back a couple times to help us with issues we had with our tank heater. He's the best reviewed plumber in South Tahoe on Yelp and his full 5 star reviews speak for themselves. I arrived at my vacation home on Thursday before the New Year's weekend to find my heater not working. I called South Shore Plumbing and Heating and left a message. Very shortly after I left the message, Eric called back and arranged to come look at the heater that same day. After 2 hours of diagnostics and repair, the heater was up and running! Eric and his assistant found two dead chipmunks blocking the vent pipe . . . unbelievable! I would recommend South Shore to others in need of plumbing and heating services.
