Mick, was very attentive and great. He installed a new furnace for my elderly mother and was on time and pleasant to my mother. His pricing was very good as well. My mother was having difficulty working her new thermostat so Mick came back immediately and installed one that she was comfortable with for no additional charge. I highly recommend his company.

mike arrived early and started the job. He was very professional and courteous the entire time he was at the house. He replaced the inside coil and re-piped it. Mike cleaned the outside coils off all the dirt and grime put the whole system back together. fixed a couple leaks in system purged and refilled it. I would highly recommend him and South Shore for any repairs.

I have used South Shore for many years. I never think of calling any other company. They are fair and trusted. I am a person that fixes most everything myself but I live in Las Vegas and rent property in Antioch. So when it comes to HVAC, it must be fixed fast, so I call SS and it is fixed. I know what it would cost me to do a job and I know that I am getting a fair price. Not to mention I pretty much know what is wrong before I call. I have never once questioned there troubleshooting.
