Can't say enough good words abut these folks. I have used their services twice already. They have a fast response, are able to pinpoint the root causes and fix the problem accordingly. Tom and his crew are very knowledgeable, and they have specialized people to certain tasks. Really well run. They are very honest and pricing is good/fair.

So I had a problem with an upstairs toilet that occasionally leaked and I had to shut off water to it. Other plumbers looked at it and said they couldn't find the leak and left, charging me for a house call. A plumbing firm that the family had used for decades forgot about me after I had scheduled an appointment with them and when I called, said they were booked up and couldn't come out. When I asked for a recommendation, they said South End Plumbing. I'm so happy they did. I couldn't ask for better service. Joey came in and took extra care to ensure that by the time he left, there were no leaks. Checked and replaced things upstairs and downstairs and left with a charge that was just a few bucks more than the 'house calls' I was charged for previously. Needless to say, I have a new plumber I can rely on and will be my go-to plumbing firm for as long as I own my home. Thanks South End!

I love South End plumbing! We've been using them for almost 20 years! We used to live in a townhouse and our landlords used them. They always came immediately and did a great job. So, once we bought our own house we continued to use them. They are very honest. They always give a very fair price. They are good people who care about their customers. Absolutely amazing company! I was greeted on the phone in a courteous manner and they told me someone would be coming out within the next few hours and that I would receive a phone call before they arrived. Usually I cringe when I hear this because I don't get a phone call or they show up at a random time. Not the case here- I received a call an hour later and within 20 minutes the plumber had arrived. Richard was phenomenal. I hope if I ever need help again I can specifically request him. I mean just a first class all around great guy. Very personable and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I immediately felt reassured that he would find out what the problem was and he was so helpful. He also replaced a pipe that desperately needed it on site at that very moment which had actually been wrongly placed by the contractor years before. I didn't have to make another appointment, which was great. Everything about this company was fantastic and convenient. The price was reasonable for the high quality of customer service and the work performed. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone!

I have used South End on and off over the years. Their crew will take advantage of your lack of plumbing knowledge and charge big time. So what if it doesn't actually fix the problem, you will not got customer service from them. Ever. The owner is a grumpy old man who clearly disdains us mere mortals. Use someone else if you want the job fixed.
