I just wish to start by saying that I do not write reviews unless the service I receive is really great or really bad. I wish to say that Moses from South County Plumbing provided excellent service. He arrived on time and immediately went to work to fix a leak I had underneath my sink. I actually would have been able to fix it myself but it would have taken me hours and hours and I don't have the tools or the patience to do what he did to repair the leak in about an hour. I was impressed with his honesty and extremely reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is in need of plumbing repairs. I will definitely use him myself in the future if I have any plumbing problems.

Had the dreaded sewer line backup late this afternoon. Called four plumbing companies and SCP. SCP stated they could respond within the hour . . . Wow! This is great customer service!!

Cory showed up 4:00 pm and evaluated the problem and ran the snake up and out a few times and cleared the drain line . . . phew! Cory was pretty cool, very professional and got the job done.

We have used SCP in the past and would highly recommend to my neighbors in Mission Viejo.

WOW just had to say that. I had a pin hole leak. I called and they told me the prices on the phone way cheaper then the last guy that came out. Not only did he fix the pin hole leak I had him fixe two other issue ( back yard water shutoff value & sink that was not working) and he had no problem with these. If I need again this is the company I will call first.

Moses & Sean are awesome!!! Upstairs shower sprung a leak yesterday which left me with water pouring out of my canned lighting in the dining room downstairs so I called my landlord and she sent these guys out ASAP. After diagnosing the problem, they opted to knock out the job right there since they had the required parts for the job rather than have us schedule the job during the week. Moses even missed the PPV UFC Fight just to help us out!! Very professional attitude and execution. I will definitely be referring business to these guys

These guys are THE BEST! Honest, reliable and reasonable. Just called because we had a problem with our sink and they solved it over the phone. Repiped our bathroom a few years back and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend!!

SCAM ARTISTS! South County plumbing just scammed me by installing a water heater at my rental property without my permission. They quoted me a price over the phone of $2,200 to replace a water heater which I balked at....There were 2 guys who literally sounded drunk spouting off all sorts of prices over speaker phone. When I called back to tell them to just charge me for basic service call, they claimed that my tenant authorized the work and they were done with the repair. Total scam ambulance chaser operation; in 30 years of being a landlord have never had this happen. Posting to as many sites as I can. AVOID SOUTH COUNTY PLUMBING!!!!

Was quoted $1,600 to hydro jet my pipes from another plumber and was also told my that my pipes were extremely narrow and it could cost up to 9k to completely repair.

Luckily my wife is smarter than I am and told me to call around. I got through to South County Plumbing and they came out same day, explained all the possible scenarios but wanted to go with the basic snaking the pipe even though the previous plumber ""tried"" already. Rob was super helpful and informative and Steve was on time and able to clear the pipe.

Super happy and we have found our go to plumber :)

Cory came at 8pm at night on a holiday weekend to unclog a kitchen sink drain for us. He was all smiles and really professional. About 20 minutes into the job I thought the drain was unclogged and he said it wasn't fixed yet. He worked on the drain until he was certain the clog in my drain was entirely removed. South county plumbing has a high standard for excellence and it shows with their service. I can't stress enough how trustworthy and professional Cory was. South county plumbing is on my speed dial from now on, I highly recommend them!
