Horrible customer service. I was in need of assistance, looking for a part for my toilet and was not assisted in a friendly manner. I was the only woman in line and was treated in a demeaning manner, even the other ""men"" waiting for assistance laughed at the customer service rep assisting me, guess if you are a woman, in a man's plumbing world you are considered a joke. I would never recommend this store to anyone!
