When I contracted with SAI I had a perfectly green lawn, 100% green. I had a several small leaks and some heads that needed replacing, I also wanted a controller I could use from my phone. They fixed the leaks and replaced several heads and installed a $375 controller. After 2 call backs and two different controllers they gave up and installed a $250 controller not controllable by phone. And instead of 100% green grass I had seven brown spots where sprinkler was not hitting. After they did some adjustments, I still have 4 brown spots. So, after $2000+ how would you feel?

Really impressed with Matt @ South Austin Irrigation. Went above and beyond expectations: On time, thorough, provided explanations, did't try to sell any extras, and pricing was more than fair without having an estimate -- even visited with a neighbor for a consultation. Especially appreciated Matt going to find a chain for me to pull up some shrubs/small trees around our irrigation system -- best to do it right then. Thanks, Matt.

There is only one irrigation company that I'll use for my home, and that's South Austin Irrigation. These guys know what they're doing! I have used them for everything from system checkups to main line repairs, and they have always done a top notch job. They show up on time, and are very knowledgable and pleasant. Their pricing may even be a bit low for their service, but shhhh! Don't tell them.

Dave came out right on time and did a fantastic job fixing our irragation system. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs some irrigation repair. He told me to please call back with any issues with the repair and that he would be back to fix it at not additional cost. I've had South Austin Irrigation out on three separate occasions- first for a consult to redesign some of the areas of the yard that weren't being watered properly; a second time to troubleshoot a leak that we could not locate; and a third time for a minor repair.

Each time, they have given us a reasonable timeframe for their visit, they have shown up on time and they have completed the work to our satisfaction. We were particularly happy when they were able to locate the hidden leak that we had been unable to locate.

Awesome service and Matt is just a genuinely great guy. Up front and fair with billing and not going to push you into something unnecessary. We've dealt with other irrigation companies around and had less than desirable results. With others I have been left with the regret of not just doing it myself, but not with Matt. He did all the work himself and is a true professional, so save the time, money and hassle and give him a call.

Dave did an excellent job not only replacing a control valve but thoroughly explaining and showing me the issue. He was super quick to respond, coming out within an hour and a half of my call. Reasonable price, fast, friendly - couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended!

Matt Sorenson of South Austin Irrigation did an awesome job of inspecting and repairing our sprinkler system prior to summer. He was thorough, efficient, and professional. He explained what he was doing and made recommendations for different planting zones. He arrived with all the parts he needed to make the repairs so he did not need to make return trips to our property. Scheduling was easy, and he was able to come within a few days of my making the appointment. The fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend him, and I plan to use him again in the future. Of all the service people we have used at our home, he is at the top of the list!
