I'll keep it simple for everyone. If you are looking for a honest price, great customer service, and a knowledgeable professional......Matt is your guy. Irrigation systems can be a such headache and you need someone you can trust to take care of your investment. Matt is very good on educating you on the source of the problem and he is more than willing to communicate with you on his repair progress. During the repair of my sprinkler system, I had no idea Matt took a 30 minute phone call but he made me aware and took the time off my bill. The sprinkler system works great now and price is fair. South Austin Irrigation earned a customer for life.

Matt and his team at South Austin Irrigation have provided exceptional service over the past four years. Matt has provided services that range from repairing a drip hose system, separating zones for enhanced water pressure, replacing fixed heads with rotary heads to obtain more coverage, repairing and relocating heads that have been run over by the lawn mower and edger, and replacing my out dated controller with a high tech Rachio that I can control from my phone. Matt went out of his way to prepare paperwork so that I could obtain a rebate on replacing some of the fixed heads with rotary heads. I am very pleased with the services provided by South Austin Irrigation and the reasonable prices. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

Matt with South Austin Irrigation has been my go-to irrigation company for many changes we've made to our yard over the last 4 years. We've done extensive rock work throughout the front and back yards (which required major irrigation changes); converted an entire zone of our irrigation system to a low-pressure drip irrigation system for my 1000 sq ft "in-ground" garden, plus a recent drainage project to top it off.

My experiences with South Austin Irrigation have always been good - Matt is professional and punctual, and has always known what to do to solve the issues I've thrown at him. I was using other companies before I found him, so I can say that his rates are very competitive as well.

Matt is a good communicator and doesn't mind taking time to explain the reasons for doing something one way or another, and then letting you make an informed decision about how you want to handle it. Of course, if you'd rather just stay out of it and let him make the decisions (I'm too curious for that!), he's more than capable of doing that as well.

Found Matt through the positive yelp reviews. Very happy with his service. Had to wait a few weeks but that's a good sign; figure you can't trust a sprinkler company that isn't busy during peak season :). He listened to what I needed and tested, tweaked, repaired and programmed my system. Answered my many questions. Price was fair. I would highly recommend.

My review is pretty much in line with what everyone else has said. Excellent customer service, quick response, nice guys, etc.

I was not really sure what I needed or what was wrong. Matt & Cameron took the time to explain things, show me how they worked, and were able to, not only fix what was broken, but optimize what was working.

Based on the work they did and the time they spent here I was expected a much higher bill. I actually told him before he left that I would be saving his information in my phone in case I ever needed his services again (or to refer to someone else who does).

Really exceptional. I wouldn't consider anyone else after my experience.
