I have been a customer with this company for over 15 years. I throw which ever tech shows up my keys and never worry when I leave my home. They have done everything from furnace replacement to faucet repair. Great company with nice trucks and clean work practices. I am 65 and my wife is 63 and we would not feel this comfortable with any other company in our home when not home ourselves. I met the owner Howard at the gym over 15 years ago and have had a great relationship ever since.

I rarely write reviews but my experience with this company was extremely disappointing.. I had a hot water heater installed and in about one year and one month the heater started tripping the breaker. I had an electrician inspect the breaker and the heater and he found that the recently installed heater was faulty and needed to be replaced again. I called Souza plumbing confidently knowing that it was under the five year warranty they told me I had.......but the nightmare begun to get worse......they immediately denied responsibility and blamed the hot water tank company that they use. They then sent a service tech to remove and reinstall the same tank from the company they blamed for the problem. The service tech was in my house for no longer than two hours and most of the two hours was due to the fact that he came without the hot water tank and we had to wait to have it delivered. I received a bill for $325 dollars a few days later. I called back to inquire how come the bill was so high for barely 1 hr of actuall labor (the two hours mentioned earlier includes the wait tome for the new tank to be delivered). I was told ""that's what we charge"" when I inquired how much one hour of labor costs I was told ""that's what we charge"". When I asked why so high I was told ""we charge to travel to you"". and if I wanted to ""go behind there back and check other prices I could"". I got really frustrated because I just couldn't understand how one hour of labor for a faulty heater they installed recently could be that high.
Anyway this is the last time they will ever earn my business.
