I'm feeling SERIOUSLY grateful to Sound Rooter & Plumbing. I was feeling very frustrated after making many calls to different plumbing companies. Sound Rooter & Plumbing was the only company to respond to our emergency. Chrystal asked a few questions over text, diagnosed the issue, then promptly arrived the next day & fixed the problem. Excellent service!! After receiving multiple no-show, no responses from other local companies to help me fix a front yard water line leak, Marcus and his wonderful wife responded immediately and were at my home in less than 2 hours. Marcus Turner was awesome! I called around to a bunch of plumbers and Marcus answered my request immediately. He came out, to my house, on the same day just 1 hour after I contacted him. Luck was on my side when I called Sound Rooter & Plumbing. Marcus and Crystal work as one, what a team! My spigot out side would gush water out the pressure cap on top, It had to be replaced and Marcus did a great job, he even tried working on the pressure cap first. Best plumbers in the area!
We had a massive leak in our sewer line right next to our grinder. After several days and having 7 different companies come out (getting turned down or them being unable to find the source), Sound Rooter & Plumbing returned my call immediately. They headed over and KNEW EXACTLY where to look, dig and diagnose the problem. ( I had scheduled another company that was going to charge a fortune just to try to FIND the leak the next day!) I told them they got the job. They came and had it fixed better than ever, with a few extra preventative measures on top. They cleaned up everything and were extremely polite and professional!

WOW! I was in a panic when I had sewer waste leaking out of my toilet in my master bathroom! I called around everywhere but at 7 PM thanksgiving day people were either trying to triple charge me or no one would answer. To my astonishment Sound Rooter & Plumbing picked up my call! They were SO polite and had extensive knowledge of how to problem solve even just over the phone. They arrived at my house promptly and began working. They were able to fix my blown sewage pipe and replace it all in one visit! They're customer service is unmatchable. This husband and wife duo are truly masters in their craft which such a personable attitude! All my plumbing needs were not only met but exceeded by them! Kitchen sink clogged up Saturday night. Sunday I tried (unsuccessfully) to clear it. Made arrangements via Yelp for a Monday morning service. Communication was smooth including them touching base over being ever so slightly late. Thankfully it was an easy fix. Time wasn't wasted at all. Marcus took great care of keeping the floors clean on his way in & out as well as while he worked. He also made small suggestions on how to slow pipe build up while he worked. I believe these guys care about what they're doing and want to do not only a good job but provide good customer service.
