24/7 I don't think so. I called for immediate help. They informed me that they would have a technician call me, I never got a call. I also inquired what the service fee would be and the person on phone could not answer the question. How is it that the person answering the phone doesn't know what a service call cost? Very disappointed.

I noticed my hot water wasn't getting hot and knew the water heater was on its last leg as the unit was from 2004. I delayed the inevitable and thankfully Sound Plumbing was able to come to my rescue. I called my HVAC company, Desert West Services, and they referred me to these guys. I called on Christmas Eve only to reach their after hours services line and the lady gave me a bit of grief, but I stuck with it and they had the tech call me directly pretty quickly.

He gave me a quote and after fielding 3 other quotes via Yelp I went with Sound Plumbing. The other companies thought I could last two days without hot water or wanted to charge me $550-750 extra to come out over the holiday. It was their loss as no one plans to have a water heater break. Don't take advantage of someone when they are already dealing with an emergency event.

The tech came out and had a commercial grade unit installed and upgraded all my lines same day without even a holiday charge. Sound Plumbing also services the big supermarkets in town as well. I'm happy I was referred to them and they even allowed me to use their $100 off coupon online for new installs. I would happily use them again.

I called them this morning because my brand new water heater was leaking all over my garage floor. The AO Smith warranty recommended 3 plumbers. I called Sean, he listened, said he'd have a guy out in an hour and a half. Kevin shows up, gave me time to take a shower before shutting my water off. Super knowledgable and polite. Took my water heater and exchanged it for a new one and had it installed by noon. He cleaned up around him even though the mess clearly wasn't his. He added a tank for overflow. ""it probably should have been there in the first place"". My hot water feels fabulous and I still can't believe Its fixed in a matter of hours. I have more jobs and I'll be calling them! Thank you!!! It could have been a totally different weekend.

Wrote my 1st review in November 2015, my 2nd review October 2017, and now this is my 3rd and I'm still extremely happy with this plumbing company. The whole office and all the plumbers are great. This company continually makes my life easier. I really appreciate their hard work.

Shawn does a great job of understanding my needs and calming me down when things get stressful. Noel seems to be very patient and knowledgeable. I haven't met all of the technicians but my tenants are always happy. I really appreciate that they go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I know that I can be a difficult customer to keep happy because I like things my way and have no hesitation to speak up when I'm not happy. I had a new hot water heater installed 16 months ago by a very incompetent service provider recommended by my home warranty company.

16 months later I have no hot water. AO Smith is the manufacturer of the hot water heater and they referred me to Sound Plumbing & Heating.

Ulises Castillo was the service technician that came to diagnose the situation. He determined there was a crack in the tank.

Because of the inexperienced tech that had installed it incorrectly, I needed an electrician to change out breakers and rewire the hot water heater.

Ulises is such a professional, very competent, knowledgable and respectful. He explained to me everything that needed to be done and what he was going to do to rectify the mistakes of the previous tech.

My hot water heater room looks completely different, all those old pipes running around the walls and connecting to u turns and going to the other side of the room are gone.

Best of all I have hot water again!!

Sean, who I believe is the owner was also very easy to talk to, I had an issue with the payment and he was so kind in his handling of the situation.

I would recommend them to anyone needing to solve plumbing problems.

I felt very comfortable having Ulises in my home.

I've used Sound Plumbing on two occasions at two different properties. They are prompt and professional and courteous. No hidden costs. They might not be the least expensive but that is at least partially due to the fact that they insist on all work being done to code which is fine by me.
