I'm waiting for a problem of pipelines and called 5 times without answer! Very bad service

This morning a plumber from this company to fix a clogged pipe (They came two days after our call )! The man try and after 1h ,he said I can't fix it !
My first question was why are you unable to repair the problem ? Is it not your job ? If you can't , who can ?
No answer from the guy and he wanted to leave. And, he left the problem worse than before !
The bad part is when the man said but you have to pay now , because I came and I tried . Haha funny .
So I decide to call the company to complain and I'm told we have to pay for the service call fee.
I feel like really disappointed and taken advantage of.

Outstanding company ,they took the time to understand my problem on a friday evening. SHAWN made an extra effort to get a part# from Whirlpool the maker of my water heater. he ordered it, because it was not available in town,and had it on a truck for MARK to install monday morning so we would have hot water the other plumbing company would not research and order a part till monday and then schedule a appointment when they received the part. even though I told them we had no hot water. I will never use another plumbing company other than Sound Plumbing again they will have my business for life.

My husband and I wanted to give a major shout out to Sterling, our plumber, from this company. We have a horrendous warranty company & the subcontracted company that came out for our broken pipe in the wall was Ideal Services (the most God awful, inept & incompetent company ever). There was water seeping up our brand new laminate flooring and gushing up the sides of the baseboards. We had the water shut off for over 8 hours waiting for Ideal services to show up. When the tech arrived, we showed him the area in the backyard where we thought the broken pipe was. He stood there and scratched his head for a minute. I told him to get his leak detection device and he said he didn't have one. Seriously???? My husband told him he could break through the stucco and not to worry about the damage. The tech said he couldn't get approval from our warranty company to break through the wall because the company was closed on the weekends... and he didn't have any tools in his van anyway. Again, seriously??? We asked him if he actually expected us to keep the water off and have the water under our floor cause more secondary damage for another 2-3 days??? He simply shrugged, said sorry and left. Pitiful & pathetic. I'm sure he would have made up some BS anyway like, 'this problem is pre existing or it's not to code, so we don't cover it.'

A friend told us to reach out to Sound Plumbing, which we did. The technician assigned to us, Sterling, arrived around 9:30 pm and didn't leave until almost 1:00 am. He worked diligently in the heat, dark and even the pouring rain. He never complained, had a great attitude and fixed the problem. He even apologized several times for cutting several holes in the wall to find the broken pipe; we didn't mind as long as the problem was fixed. Sterling told us he would be back that day to double check everything and make sure the problem was indeed rectified.

As promised he arrived later in the afternoon and triple checked everything. Talk about service! After our warranty expires, we are done with these incompetent, substandard companies. I will use Sound Plumbing for any future plumbing issues and hopefully, we will get Sterling again as our technician. Thank you Sterling!!!

As a Property Manager we go through a lot of vendors over the years. Especially plumbers, HVAC and Landscapers. I have been using Sound Plumbing on my new property for two months now and am happy with their quick response time. With it being a new property we just bought we have had to call them out A LOT and will continue to use them until we are staffed and able to do the work in house or for the big jobs that we need help with. So far everyone they have sent out has been professional and very easy and pleasant to deal with.

I've had a few different companies come out for the same problem. They were never able to fix it, acted like it was a bigger issue than it was (because they didn't know what they were talking about) , or didn't even understand the issue. Darren was able to figure it out very easily. He's extremely nice to work with and explained/showed every problem and step of the way! He was the first plumber to actually take care of the situation. The office was very friendly as well, they were able to set something up quit quickly!

Wonderful quality repair service! My hot water heater pilot light would not light. My service tech from Sound Plumbing (Sterling) showed up very quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed my water heater. Sean was amazing at working from the office coordinating schedule and parts to be replaced. It was refreshing that this work was done promptly, done right and at a fair price. Sound Plumbing will be my first call next time I need some work. Thanks guys!

The pilot on my hot water tank would not light. I called Sound for service, and they sent a serviceman to my home in a very short period of time. He fixed the problem quickly and did a perfect job. Plus, he had a great attitude and was very professional. I recommend them very highly!

Great staff (Sean), friendly, professional (Jim) & fast service! I called & they we're at my home within the hour. I understand that always can't be the case but I would highly recommend them! Shawn is great to work with on scheduling and is always there when I'm in a jamb.
It is hard to find a fair and reliable plumber but Sound Plumbing is there for us!!!
