Wow - what a nice guy David is! My garbage disposal had stopped working (was humming only). I found David's name on my neighborhood app. I called and he called me right back. He talked me through how to fix it over the phone. He patiently waited as I performed each step. And ta-da!! It started working again. How great is this? David was very professional, efficient, and friendly. We had him out to identify a leak and he found it - unfortunately we had to cut into some drywall spots in two rooms to come at the pipe. David was mindful of this impact and took the time to measure out and cut a precise box, just big enough for the work. He took the care and attention to ensure our cleanup efforts were minimized, even recognizing that our toddler in the next room may be bothered by the sound and gave us a heads up and countdown! We were actually able to use the patches of drywall he removed to patch the walls back up. David also came back out the next day to help with a separate issue identified, and did a quick fix to resolve that too. Highly recommend to anyone who wants an efficient, professional, reasonably priced plumber!!!

We called David today when a pipe in our basement burst. He answered our call immediately and came over within hours. I so appreciated David and his honesty. I had him come over to verify an issue I was having. He could have easily replaced my PRV and charged me to fix a nonexistent problem. Turns out the issue was with the water meter to the house and he recommended I call Aurora Water. Best money spent for the service call. 4TL;DR
Exceptional Professional Service at a reasonable price

I needed some plumbing work done in Parker and hoped to use a local plumbing service to do it.
I searched around a bit and located Sound Plumbing. The picture gallery on their website appeared to be top-notch work so i called to set up a (free) consultation.

Consultation Set-up:
David returned my call later the same day and we briefly discussed the plumbing work that i needed.
We scheduled a time a few days out for him to assess and provide a work estimate.
I received a text confirmation of that appointment.

Consultation:
Near the time of the appointment, i received a text indicating that David was on his way.
David arrived on time.
I showed David the work and the area and he immediately had a few thoughts of how to accomplish the work. We conferred a bit to ensure that we had a shared vision of the work to be done. David assessed what i needed done professionally and quickly. We discussed the anticipated (high) level of quality that i should expect.
He explained the alternatives and provided an itemized pricing list for each of them, taking time to explain which were optional and which combinations would be necessary to complete the work.
I agreed on a particular arrangement of alternatives and so we scheduled the work to occur in less than a week (my plumbing situation was moving things around - not a leaky emergency).

The Work:
About a half hour before our appointment time, i again received a text message indicating that David was on his way.
David arrived on time.
He worked quickly and professionally.
During work, he encountered a minor deviation from our original plan and asked if i wanted to fix that as well (including providing pricing information up-front). I agreed (it was a minor change, like $50).
When done (right on schedule), he walked me through the changes he had made and verified that everything was up to my needs/specifications. Everything looked great. No, that isn't enough: everything looked high calibre, like the pictures from Sound Plumbing's website.
Invoicing was completed at the end of the work and had no surprises.

Thoughts:
This was a perfect plumbing interaction. I am pretty picky about the work that gets done to my house and i would immediately reach out to Sound Plumbing if and when i have other plumbing needs.

I contacted David at Sound Plumbing about replacing a hose bib that was leaking. He was able to come earlier than originally scheduled and did a great job. Fixed the leaking bib which turned out to have big crack in the line. Checked the other bibs pressure to see if it was bad. It wasn't. Tightened up a Valve we discovered had a small drip. He was fast and explained everything that wa going on as he worked. Made sure I was happy with how it all looked, not just throwing it back together.
We have a few other projects we are looking to around the house plumbing wise and when we do we'll use sound plumbing.
Highly recommend Sound Plumbing for you plumbing needs.
