Sound Mechanical's customer service left much to be desired. I never reached the point of evaluating the technician's repair abilities. I wouldn't recommend you do so either.

This company, Sound Mechanical, provides absolutely poor service to its customers. It appears not within the realm of possibility that this company can make a mistake. When we mentioned the owner regarding a beer bottle his team had left, he accused us of lying and spoke to us disrespectfully. We didn't mind about the bottle; we simply wanted to inform him as a responsible business owner. We pointed out that the dryer vent was now disconnected as they moved the washer and dryer to reach the water heater. He informed me that someone must have moved the washer and dryer after they left. and claimed they had nothing to do with it. Spoiler alert, the washer and dryer are extremely heavy and neither I nor my tenants moved them after they departed. Thus, he has redirected the blame towards us concerning both the beer bottle and the dryer vent. We also didn't care that they made mistakes, we simply wanted a resolution. The owner was irate that we pointed these things out and used foul language when speaking to us. Furthermore, they failed to replace the bathroom door and it was left in my tenant's room, and they left debris scattered across the floor in their work area.
I inquired about the possibility of paying the $2550 owed for services within 30 days, but the owner responded that this was not acceptable and stated he would impose a late fee if I didn't pay the full amount within 10 days.
