Almost a year ago, I hired (was the first, but not the last of several times) Sosa Services to replace a backflow stopper in my backyard.

About a week ago, I noticed the backflow stopper started leaking - messaged their office, and they promptly got me scheduled and got the unit replaced under warranty, no paperwork and no headaches. Another data point for me to keep them on my speed dial/text for anything plumbing.

The Owner texted me over the holiday weekend when we had a leak and had to shut off water to the house at the meter. He Gave me a quote of $300 to $500 based on the photos I texted. I thought that was high, but he was the only plumber I communicated with who'd give me an appointment day and time.

The owner called that morning to confirm the appointment, and the young man called when 30 minutes away, was respectful, cleaned up after himself, etc. I liked the work the young man from Sosa Services did yesterday. But he had to go to the supply store two different times, which took hours.

But then, when the work was completed, I was asked for $575. I thought that was exorbitant. I paid $500 but thought that was still too high.

I would recommend them if you're in a situation where you've just got to get something fixed ASAP, but I am going to keep looking for someone more affordable.

John Sosa and his associate Stephen came to my house to move the gas line for a new range placement in my kitchen remodel. Great communication, texted to let me know the previous job was going to have them arriving about 30 minutes late. They were very professional, there were several electrician's in the small space where they needed to work and they got in there, worked around them and got it done quickly! He communicated when they left the property as well. He also have me great advice on a couple of plumbing items I asked about. Great prices as well. Will hire again.

I am using SOSA services Second time for gas connection for outdoor grill. They were quick to respond and easy to get their schedule. Isaiah had to come twice as we were missing one part for burner. But he did fantastic job connecting grill and burner to gas. I would recommend them. Thank you for your service!

We have now used Sosa Services twice in two months. We needed two ancient toilets replaced and Sosa Services replied quickly and with the best quote by far, out of many other quotes I had received through Yelp. They provided quick, friendly service all while I was on a work meeting in my dining room. Then last week our garbage disposal decided it was no longer for this world. Sosa Services came out the next day and had the thing replaced in under 45 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Although their contractor for the sink install didn't wear a mask, the plumber, Jordan, specifically with Sosa Services, wore a mask and was very friendly. He let me know what he was going to do and kept me informed. Very happy with my brand new sink and faucet!
