They came out to fix my dripping faucet from my bathtub. After I checked to see if it all worked correctly, it doesn't because when the shower head is running, the water is also coming out of the faucet. The tech said it's another problem so another fee had to add on to the original $120 (by the way I provided the right part to fix the dripping faucet which took him less than 10 mins to swab it out).

I had a problem with my water softener, called and spoke to them about my issue. They said that I didn't need the expensive ones they sell and recommended one I could buy at Lowes/Home Depot and they would install it. Thank you very much for your honesty, and for saving me from buying something I did not need.

I requested a quote via Yelp to replace a broken main shutoff valve and pressure reducing valve on a Friday afternoon Alejandro from Sosa Services reached out to me within 15 mins and was able to come out the same day to give me an in person quote after assessing the scope of work. Upon request, he scheduled a follow up appointment to come out on the following Monday morning to repair my water pressure issue and replace my broken water main. Always on time and communicated to be honestly what needed to be done and the price was beyond reasonable!

They've earned a loyal customer and I will be sure to call for any future plumbing needs!

I am using SOSA services Second time for gas connection for outdoor grill. They were quick to respond and easy to get their schedule. Isaiah had to come twice as we were missing one part for burner. I was taking bids to have my gas lines tested. Sosa Services quoted an additional charge of $200 for the permit alone. I know for a fact, because I was told by the City permit office, that the permit cost $35. I'm cool with a small markup, but charging $200 on top of the $325 for the rest of the work, (so a total of $525) seems excessive. That's their call, though. Needless to say, I won't be using Sosa Services for this or any of my properties. That's MY call.
