I am using SOSA services Second time for gas connection for outdoor grill. They were quick to respond and easy to get their schedule. Isaiah had to come twice as we were missing one part for burner. We have now used Sosa Services twice in two months. We needed two ancient toilets replaced and Sosa Services replied quickly and with the best quote by far, out of many other quotes I had received through Yelp. They provided quick, friendly service all while I was on a work meeting in my dining room. Then last week our garbage disposal decided it was no longer for this world. Sosa Services came out the next day and had the thing replaced in under 45 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Although their contractor for the sink install didn't wear a mask, the plumber, Jordan, specifically with Sosa Services, wore a mask and was very friendly. He let me know what he was going to do and kept me informed. Very happy with my brand new sink and faucet!

I was taking bids to have my gas lines tested. Sosa Services quoted an additional charge of $200 for the permit alone. I know for a fact, because I was told by the City permit office, that the permit cost $35. I'm cool with a small markup, but charging $200 on top of the $325 for the rest of the work, (so a total of $525) seems excessive. That's their call, though. Needless to say, I won't be using Sosa Services for this or any of my properties. That's MY call.

Really appreciate the hustle to repair a hose bib that broke clean off. After contacting Alex he promptly provided pricing (which was less that the other 5 I talked to) and was available within an hour and a half to do the work!

He re-directed a tech (John) who was in the area to swing by and complete the work. John was polite, informative and crazy efficient. He even provided me with ideas for fixing some brick around the hose bib!

I had a problem with my water softener, called and spoke to them about my issue. They said that I didn't need the expensive ones they sell and recommended one I could buy at Lowes/Home Depot and they would install it. Thank you very much for your honesty, and for saving me from buying something I did not need.

Performed multiple services to my satisfaction, but there were errors along the way that I feel would be avoided with more communication among crews and more training.

Replaced water softener (perfect service) and replaced two shower cartridges. Hot and cold water were left inverted, which I fixed by rotating the shower handles.
During softener installation, I found leak in the pressure reducing valve (PRV) next to water meter. Hired Sosa again and crew fixed, but stated that PRV were installed on wrong side (between meter and private shut-off: should be installed after shut-off).
Hired Sosa to replace PRV and install it after private shut-off. Crew first dug neighbor's pipe and luckily I alerted them on time before cutting neighbor's installation. Crew was going to install new PRV before private shut-off (the very goal of the service, to install the PRV after the private shut-off); I also alerted on time to fix position.

Again, these were errors that could have been avoided with more attention and communication. Nevertheless, services were completed, price is competitive and response is fast.
