Absolutely horrible company! drove an hour for the appointment and he was a no show!! This place has no right being in business!!!

Dealt with owner, Shawn. Based on Yelp reviews, I called to help me with a broken sump pump. The office got back to me right away to setup a convenient time for a look.

They use a texting system that lets you know exactly when the crew will be at your place. I found that very helpful.

Shawn diagnosed the issue, recommended a strategy and gave me a quote that fit within my expectations. He performed a replacement and tested the new unit. He also walked me through exactly what he did.

They conveniently sent me an invoice that I could pay electronically.

I discovered a leak in my kitchen on a Sunday evening of course, I emailed SOS based on the positive feedback here. They almost immediately reached out and Shaun offered to come right over. After determining that it was a drain line and wasn't a dire emergency we set up an appointment for the next day. Looking things over it was a bigger job than a simple repair, Shaun took the time to show me exactly what he found and the plan he came up with, quoted me a fair price and was back the next day as promised. The quality of his work is top notch, he is overly courteous and very pleasant to deal with. My toilet started leaking from the tank. I needed a tank to toilet repair kit, but I wasn't sure. Put out a request on thumbtack app and Shaun gave me a call. He told me to send him a picture of the toilet, then suggested a new toilet would be just a bit more $$$. I went with the new toilet, and he had the old one out and new one installed in less than an hour. Awesome work and I would highly recommend this company.

Sean was called in for a multi task job. He responded first to my YELP shout out for bids and very promptly responded to all follow ups. He called me and asked if he could arrive early and arrived promptly. He explained everything in detail and when he went to the store he promptly returned.
