If you want to know whether Chris Fults and his awesome crew at SOS Plumbing stand by their work, read this tale.

In 2011, I contracted SOS to fix the sewer pipes at my residence in the Hollywood Hills. It is an awkward 110-foot system that was installed in 1959. Major cracks with root incursions. Chris Fults came out and replaced a major tee connection, and lined the entire system. The job came with a lifetime warranty. Fast-forward to July, 2021. The sewer line became clogged, so I called my regular plumber to check it out. He said there was a blockage, likely from roots. He hydro-jetted the line, and it took hours to break through the root ball. Afterwards, the camera showed that the blockage was open only about 1/3, and most of the roots remained. The pipe was draining properly, and though the liner was in perfect condition, it was blocked at the collar where the sewer pipe connected to the ambi, and exited to the city sewer. That section would have to be dug up and replaced. I contacted Chris, explained the issue and sent him the pipe camera video. He scheduled one of his great teams, Efrain and Armando, to repair the connection. They were able to do the job with minimal trenching, and no damage to my plants or sprinkler system. The new collar and ambi are now encased in concrete, to prevent another root incursion. The entire job was done at no charge, in accordance with the terms of the warranty. I can say that my experience with Chris Fults is that his word is his bond. In this case, he proved it without question.

Vote Paul for president! Okay just a young novice adult here and we had a kitchen line leak, started freaking out and just called the first plumbing service that popped up on google. Tgod I called cause Paul came to the rescue and fixed the leak and put our fridge back for us. Thank you so much and saving our kitchen!

My wife and I called Paul at S.O.S. Plumbing when the upstairs sink backup up. We recently had a fiberglass liner installed by another company, and it turns out they missed reinstating the sink drain connection into the main line (that's a BIG oops). As I feared, we had to dig...in the family room...under the carpet...three days after we had the house cleaned and the carpet shampooed from the other guys.

We shared our story with Paul and Al, and everything the other company put us through (extended timeline, disorganization, destruction of property, etc.) They felt for us. Given that the family room had to be dug up, these guys did it right!!! They set up ratcheting poles (floor to ceiling) to create a containment area. They put down several drop clothes, to protect the carpet. And they even put the dirt into trash cans instead of on the slab. Imagine that, a tidy plumbing company...I was shocked too.

When they left, the job was done right and it was photographed for the previous company. Our family room was as clean as it could be until our carpet guys could reset the carpet and pad they folded over (neatly). And now (three days later), there is NO EVIDENCE that S.O.S. Plumbing was here.

They were upfront about the Scope of the project and Pricing. They were very fair and kept their word! They said ONE day, and it was 3/4 of a day! These guys definitely earned a spot on my ""Good Vendor List."" As a business owner in an industry that is familiar with plumbing, that is a strict list. I also possess the knowledge to understand their process, and to know (ahead of time) these guys are HONEST & hardworking, very clean, and paid to think!! Thanks guys, my wife and I are so relieved to be through this.

Called in morning to schedule an appointment to fix a clogged toilet. Very professional and helpful. Scheduled for 3-5pm service call. Paul arrived at 4:30.
Was in the bathroom for no more than 10 min. The charge was $221.00 which included the senior discount. Absolutely outrageous. Will never use or recommend.

This is my second time using SOS plumbing I've worked with Paul, who has been great at explaining the problem, giving me options and solving the issues. I own a few rental properties and it's great to have a plumber that actually cares not just about the project at hand but gives great advice for future upkeep and preventative measures. We had a backed up sewer pipe, and I called several places before SOS called me back to schedule an appointment for the same day. When they got here, they quickly diagnosed the problem (which was less severe than I thought). While it took them two visits to completely fix the issue, they clearly explained what was wrong and charged us a reasonable price. Paul was able to make it to my place on Christmas day to clean the sewer pipe in my new house. He was very informative, friendly and did a clean job. Paul who is the manager doesn't normally does this kind of jobs but he made the effort to help with this emergency which I really appreciate. I had guests in town and was not able to reach any other company. I will definitely be using SOS Plumbing in the future.

I called SOS Plumbing on a Saturday evening to schedule an appointment after Roto Rooter did a no show for a 10am to noon window that day. SOS made an appointment for the next day between 12-2. The technician showed up at 1. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After scoping the main line situation with a camera he determined the problem and went to work. The problem was paper towels in the main line due to my neighboring store flushing them. This is a very hard repair which needed a heavy duty snake that the technician did not have on his truck. Rather than leaving and coming back another day, leaving us with no bathroom, he called in backup and another truck showed up and they fixed the problem. Again, this was on a Sunday. SOS did not gouge us on the price. They were extremely hard working and professional throughout the whole project. I highly recommend SOS and will use them for any plumbing issues from here on out.
