I called SOS Plumbing on a Saturday evening to schedule an appointment after Roto Rooter did a no show for a 10am to noon window that day. SOS made an appointment for the next day between 12-2. The technician showed up at 1. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After scoping the main line situation with a camera he determined the problem and went to work. The problem was paper towels in the main line due to my neighboring store flushing them. This is a very hard repair which needed a heavy duty snake that the technician did not have on his truck. Rather than leaving and coming back another day, leaving us with no bathroom, he called in backup and another truck showed up and they fixed the problem. Again, this was on a Sunday. SOS did not gouge us on the price. They were extremely hard working and professional throughout the whole project. I highly recommend SOS and will use them for any plumbing issues from here on out.

I live in a 40+ year old house and have had plumbing issues for years. Recently I made the mistake of calling a franchise owned rooter company first for a main line blockage. They may be cheap at first, with a deal like $99 to clear a blockage, but then the up-sale begins. The rooter company did clear my sewer lines, but also found a hole in a sewer line under my house, and wanted me to spend another $12K to re-pipe ALL of the sewer lines under my house!

I called SOS (family-owned, a lesson learned) for another estimate, and this is where things got better.

Paul and Efran came out and looked at all of my lines with a camera. It cost about $200 for the diagnosis, but it was thorough and well worth it. They determined where the hole was, and that the rest of my lines were fine! They fixed it for a fraction of the cost! Not only that, Paul took a look at the work I had done by the rooter company (I never told him how much I spent) and guessed the amount that I had paid for the work - his estimate for the rooter work was 1/2 their cost!!

Efran and Victor repaired the hole in my pipe. They had to jack-hammer a hole in my garage slab, and replace a y-fitting four feet deep. They also came across a couple of hiccups (water lines in the way, that they had to re-route) and handled them perfectly. They were friendly, very professional, hard-working, and thorough. I was worried about a ton of dust from the jackhammer, but they took care to minimize it, and there is hardly any residue.

If you want an honest look at your plumbing problem, call SOS plumbing. They are now my go-to plumbers.

Well it finally happened, my sewer failed and I decided to call SOS Plumbing. I spoke with Paul and he set up a free estimate. It turns out I had roots in my sewer line, and it was approx 100 feet long. My house was built in 1908 and my sewer line was 4 and 6 inch.

As for my experience as a homeowner, I was very happy with SOS, they were on time and communicated with my wife very well. In as little as two days I had a brand new trenchless sewer liner installed and my sewer was working again better than ever. I called them becasue I did not want to dig as my sewer pipe ran completely under my driveway. I was very happy to learn my repai came with a 50 year warranty!!

I highly recommend this company if you have a serious sewer problem. They will repair it and remove all you worries!

This morning when our washing machine was draining, all of a sudden water was backing up in our laundry room sink and the kitchen sinks. Our efforts to unclog the drains didn't work so we called SOS plumbing and Efrain arrived in less than an hour. He unclogged our drains and fixed a faulty pipe connection under our kitchen sink.
We were very pleased with the promptness, the service, the price and the professionalism. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to our friends.

I have used SOS 3 times for different problems (toilets, leaking water heater, disposal/sink leaks) . They always arrived promptly at the scheduled time and completed the work on time and for the price quoted. The repairman was very professional, polite, and cleaned up after the work was finished. We had been having a problem with our main drain line backing-up since the Holidays. We had a ""rooter"" service come out twice which temporarily fixed the problem but with the buried drain lines being 80+ years old, I feared it was something more.

Chris and two of his team came out Wednesday evening to begin trouble shooting - working well into dark they at least had the line cleared for our use but we did not yet have a solution. Thursday morning they arrived on-time to continue troubleshooting. By noon time we had a plan of attack and I had a fixed price agreement to reline the original pipes from the under the house connection to the street. The difficulty was that making working access meant removing 16 feet of deck and digging down 6+ feet at the edge of the house.

All this work was completed with minimal daily interruption of bathroom access. The reline was complete late Monday and the decking replaced Tuesday mid day. All told the job took an additional day beyond the original estimate, but looking into the access hole required to make the repair was explanation enough.

The entire group of guys working at our home were courteous and professional and took the time to do the job right. Sometimes when you have contractors in you walk away at the end of the job feeling as if you did not get ""value for money"" - this project left the feeling that we were fairly treated and that the job was done right.

I had a leak behind my shower wall leaking into my garage. SOS was at my house within an hour to check out the situation and contain the problem. They then found a difficult to find part and had the entire job completed in about a day. Great service. I highly recommend this company.

We had a refrigerator line leak two days before a Holiday eevent. I contacted SOS plumbing and explained the urgency. They had a plumber out within two hours and he was able to assess and make the repairs in less than an hour. He was very friendly and accomodating as he had to work around drying equipment that had been installed by the water restoration company. He had the correct valve on hand to perform the repair and made sure everything was working properly before he left. This is the 2nd time that they have provided professional and efficient serivee to us and we will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
