Robert and his staff were great. First came out to look at the things we needed to have done (install two bathroom faucets, replace toilet shut off valve and replace main water shut off to house). Gave an estimate, suggested what to order, and set up installation appt. The guys that came to do the work were professional and fast. Job was done very well and cleaned up afterwards. Everything worked just as it should and we were very happy. Would definitely recommend SOS! Thanks!

Robert and team came out this morning and installed water line for ice maker, replaced kitchen faucet, and replaced faulty sump pump and effluent line. Robert explained operation of the sump pump. They showed up on time and finished job promptly. Hope I don't have to .. but will definitely call them next time I need a plumber!

Did not feel the were very professional. It seemed every where in my house the copper pipping was too long and needed shortened. Expensive.

Recently my toilet was leaking so I immediately grabbed my phone and tried calling some plumbers. But I didn't have any luck until I reached SOS Plumbing, where I talked to Robert Pender, who was very patient while I described the toilet's problem.

Two days later, Pender and Steven, a fellow plumber, were at my front door, right on time. After removing the toilet, Robert showed me what the problem was and quoted a very reasonable price to fix it. I gave him a green light and in just a few minutes my toilet was back in business.

Although I had never used SOS Plumbing before, I was lucky to find such a valuable resource. They did the job fast and affordably, and definitely exceeded my expectations!

Excellent work!! Had a leakage between the tank, and bowl. I did notice the tank to bowl gasket protruding when you look down the flush valve.

Robert arrived and he and his assistant looked at it. Robert showed me how the gasket was crushed!!

They replaced the gasket, tested to see if there were any leaks.

Robert responded promptly to the message I left. He came out on a Monday and returned Thursday to do the jobs (repairing 3 toilets- 2 of which were leaking) and installed a new garbage disposal. It only took him 2 hours to do! He's honest and doesn't upcharge you. I appreciate that since I have no clue about some aspects of homeownership. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone who needs a plumber and wants the job done right.

I've been looking for a reputable, reliable, reasonably priced, knowledgeable plumber and I've finally found one with SOS Plumbing. Robert was professional and responsive on the phone, and in person when he arrived as scheduled 2 days later to perform the work. I know COVID is making it challenging to have office staff take calls, respond to inquiries and such, however, even with some of the larger plumbing service companies they weren't returning my inquiry call for 3 - 4 days! SOS had already booked and performed the toilet repair by the time others finally returned my call. SOS has earned my future business. Additionally, when Robert arrived he asked if I had a preference on whether he wore a mask inside which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommend SOS Plumbing.
