Very unprofessional to say the least. He had come out per my landlord, garner properties, to check my house for leaks after I received a $2,500+ water bill. Mind you, I had a tech from my landlord company come out before this company did, and was left with a running toilet afterwards. I explained to Ryan how it would randomly just run, and also tried to explain to him a noise coming from my washing machine pipes. He told me he knew what it was and would fix it. He told me that he changed the flapper on my toilet because ""it was complete trash and should have been changed when my landlord's tech came out."" I had texted Ryan after he left my home and asked if he could email me a statement saying what he did to my home, for legal purposes, and never got a replay, nor an email from him. Fast forward to a few weeks later, whilst in a dispute with landlord, I get papers from the Attorney generals office that had attachments that my landlord gave them, and I see on his work order, he stated that he replaced the flapper due to age, and that it was never running (even though I have multiple video recordings of it running) and also stated that he changed it because it looks like someone messed with it? Yet the only person messing with it, was the landlord tech that came out before Ryan did... Also, he had sent screen shots of my text asking him to send me a statement in my email, to my landlord. But couldn't even reply, or send me the papers I asked for? Whole situation is sketchy honestly. BTW- Ryan changing my flapper fixed the toilet running issue- so thanks for admitting that it looks like someone messed with it beforehand! Don't use this company- sneaky and extremely unprofessional!!
