One star is to high for this company Was given one price and when they actually showed they stayed twice as long I had to end up helping the guy out. He spend more time on the phone than doing the repair. When called to complain never received a call back but did receive invoice in mail threatening if I don't pay they will put lien on house by 3pm Horrible experience Not recommended

I called their office for an estimate on installing a kitchen faucet. The girl (who was very nice on the phone) gave a low to high range of what to expect to pay. Marcus came with a helper and they were done in 20 minutes and charged the minimum price. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I'll call them first for any other plumbing problems.

Marcus was the guy who was sent by S.O.S. to fix the plumbing in our bathroom. He was very efficient, however, we had him come back because the refilling of the toilet was obnoxiously loud. He came back after a few days (being Christmas and all) and determined that the valve was bad. Thankfully, they fully guarantee their work for a year and replaced the valve at no additional cost. My family and I just had a very specific issue resolved by SOS plumbing that I feel exemplifies their expertise and professionalism. The house would smell like septic after using the washing machine. That was the symptom and chief complaint. Initially we thought it was a clog, but it appears as though there are two cents on the rooftop right next to each other. One seems to be an HVAC inlet vent, and the other is septic gas vent out. They're right next to each other, and the septic was the shorter one of the two. It would appear that what was happening is when you run the laundry, the water agitates the septic air in the pipe, releasing septic gasses out of the vent. At the same time, the HVAC pulls the septic gas back in and cycles it through the home... Eww... Anyway, two plumbers from SOS came out, and added an extension on to the septic vent to put it above the HVAC, which should help with the smell. The bottom line here is that even when a problem is not readily apparent, the professionals at SOS have a sufficient background education and experience in what they do to accurately assess, diagnose, and fix a problem in a timely manner. I will be utilizing them again, and so should you.

SOS Plumbing showed up when they said they would. The plumber was courteous and explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost before starting my job. Marcus went about his work and finished in the time he said at the beginning of the job.
