Would I recommend SOS plumbing? Absolutely yes I would start with David & his assistant . Very professional !! Installed a water heater .. very clean as well!! Angela was also very professional and caring to my needs and kept me updated during the day.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. In fact, I would give them a negative score. We only went with this company since they are the contractor for plumbing with our home insurance. I definitely would not have hired them after reading their terrible reviews on Yelp.

The person that was assigned to our place never showed up the first two times. No calls or courtesy text to say they weren't coming or if they could reschedule. I stayed at home for two days waiting for them. The plumber finally responded to my husband after not showing up the 2nd time, saying he needs to get approval for our faucet. I don't know why he needs to get approval for something he has never seen or knows what the problem is. The second guy comes to the 3rd appointment time, and I expressed my unhappiness about this company to the plumber. He said he would fix the issue and ask me not to be upset and to let it go. The audacity of this guy. He wouldn't like it if he someone had done the same to him.

This guy also tells me that he will get a matching faucet since I have a double sink in my master bathroom. Does this happen? No. The 3rd guy, Sam, comes (4th appointment time) comes in and brings the ugliest faucet that doesn't even match our other faucet. By this time, I'm livid. I told him I didn't want that one, and I was promised one that would match the one we already had. Why would this company think that I would want two different faucets in my ensuite? Ridiculous!

He told me he would have to see how much it would cost and if they could get approval for the same one we have. With a lot of going back and forth, it turns out we would have to pay them an extra $200-$300 depending if we were going to have them purchase it or us purchasing it. This would be in addition to the $100 deductible we had to pay for them to come and fix our sink. We ultimately decided to buy our own ($93) and have them install it.

Sam came (5th time) and did such a great job that after a few days, I looked underneath to get my cleaning supplies and see that we have a bunch of water leaking and the cabinet is completely wet. My husband, who is not a plumber, had to fix Sam's great job of installing the faucet.
I would avoid this company at all cost and hope that this is a cautionary tale for anyone thinking of hiring them.

Our instant hot water machine failed after many years as well as the hot and cold water faucet. SOS Plumbing came to the rescue! Between Angela in the office and Sam the plumber, they made the experience as painless as possible. With Angela's always timely communications and providing several options, to Sam's professionalism and courteous manner, I can only say that I highly recommend SOS Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Yesterday, I called SOS plumbing for a leak under my kitchen sink. They had Sam come out within an hour. The problem was a failed hot water valve. Sam had it fixed within 10 minutes, and he was very professional and courteous.

Prior to this incident, SOS Plumbing copper repiped my entire house at a very good price.

I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Not too sure what has changed in the company within the past couple of years, but SOS used to be our plumbers of choice. We called 2 days ago in which they scheduled service on our main line for today 1/26/22 between the hours of 3pm-5pm. We called them at roughly 3:30pm to see if we can an ETA for our plumbing technician. Their response was ""they should be there between 3-5pm. At 5:15pm I called and was lead to their voicemail in which I had left a message regarding this situation. It is now 5:56pm and no technician, or no courtesy call regarding them not coming anymore.

This wasn't the first time an issue like this occurred. Should've learned the first time. These Yelp reviews about responsiveness and professionalism seem to be misleading.

we had our entire home re piped by them in september 2019 and we are now experiencing a major leak in our shower, I never thought we would be going through this again so soon, very disappointed!!
