I called these losers to fix a water leak in my house and the guy came and put what looked like some kind stethoscope thing on the floor in my kitchen and said my house needed re-piping so they did it once the water was turned back on the house flooded again. Turns out it was the main line clog up due to tree roots. These guys are the biggest crooks I've seen. RUN FROM THEM RUN FAST they only want the money you pay.

I called to have an estimate for a tankless water heater and this guy by the name of Sam came out and gave me a price. I asked if he could write up a proposal and email it to me. He said yes. I have not heard from him since that day. I called their office four times on different days asking for the estimate and was told their computers were not working. After the fourth call I was told that an estimate would be emailed the next day. Today is the next day and I still have no estimate. I don't know if the guy is too busy to do the work or just did not want to write up a proposal. I guess I will never find out I am going to hire someone else. I was recommended to this company and told that their work is excellent and their prices are reasonable. I guess I will just call someone else.

Do not do business with this company! They charged my 86 year old mother fifteen hundred dollars for a job that should only have cost five hundred dollars. To make it worse the work was done so poorly they had to redo it three times before it was done correctly. Still waiting on a partial refund. I am considering legal action against this company.

I called SOS this morning for a clogged kitchen sink . They sent out David Robinson he arrived inside of one hour and was very professional and pleasant. He had our sink working again in no time and charge us for a minimum of $65.00 on holiday this was more than fair . I will use them for all my plumbing needs and refer them to all my friends and family.

I'm giving this company zero, squat, nada. My upstairs neighbor called them for a plugged drain. We had just arrived downstairs. As we opened the door, to our horror there was this black goop shooting out of our kitchen sink onto the countertops, the floor, the cabinets, and the dishes on the counter. He was about to leave when we asked him to see the damage he had caused. He said it wasn't his fault and he couldn't do anything about it anyway since he was only called for 1 job not 2 and if we wanted his services it would be $169.00. To make a long story short, he ended up charging over $600.00 to the apartment manager, blamed the plugged drain on us, made us ""help"" him clean the mess he made with our own towels, damaged the kitchen drain because the snake did not fit and then asked us to bring out a tarp
for the following day because he was coming back to finish the job. He came back and all he did was force flush the drain which didn't need it since it had been working perfectly fine before he caused all the mess. I asked him to replace the damaged drain and he said it was not authorized and it would be an additional charge . We felt like we were in a Laurel and Hardy movie all we needed was the Keystone Cops.

Why call Angie's List and pay a $45.00 for REFERRAL FEE when you can call SOS plumbing located in Azusa, CA and keep the $45.00 in your pocket. SOS plumber's were polite, clean, fast honest workers and they gave me a remarkable price of only $85.00. I used SOS March 29th and I'm completely satisfied - and I will call SOS again should I need future repair work. When you have bad plumbing in your home it's great to have SOS nearby. Quite frankly, I was expecting to pay $150.00 for my repairs.

Hi! My friend had referred me to Sos plumbing when all the water in my house (including shower water!) was VERY cold! Anyways, I took his word for it and made a phone call to speak with them about having a plumber come out to my location. The lady was super kind over the phone and got my information right away. I asked her when they will come out to me and she quickly responded saying in about an hour which was great! If I had to wait more than an hour, it would've been too long (considering my water has been cold for 3 days now). Anyways, the plumber came and fixed my problem in no time! He had all of his tools and equipment which was great too! Other companies have to go out to a local supply store and purchase the tools and return which extends the finishing time even longer! So I recommend Sos plumbing because they get the job done right away with kind staff who really are there to help your every need. Also, Sos plumbing has been around for such a long time that I consider them to be professionals in this field! No regrets!
